I have a tip for you. After boiling your eggs and adding cool water. Just set your pot in the snow bank/porch.

I grew up Mormon and every Easter we were not aloud our Easter baskets until after church and every Easter photo I am crying because I really wanted my treats.🥺😥😢😭
Every family is different. Sorry you were so sad. My boys are early risers so we usually do them before church.

Glad you bring the Lord into your Easter season. Do you just have mass on Sunday? Actually, we are going Friday to a church service that will count for the weekend. It was nice watching you prepare for the holiday.,Just three of us and we really don’t do much since my son is 20. We have a nice ham dinner though. Love those egg decorators. Till next time….😊
I make Easter eggs without using food coloring and people love them.I use 100 % silk material cut into squares big enough to wrap an egg in then cover it with a pice of whit cotton material,put them in water to boil with a couple Tablespoons of vinegar then when they cool off just unwrap them and you have some awesome looking eggs

My Mother aka Easter Bunny hid the eggs in the house but our baskets were the first thing we saw when we woke up. I'd get a white chocolate lamb every year & other treats.
We'd get dressed up in our Easter finest and go to church. Then off to my grandparents house for Easter dinner and more Easter egg hunting.
My grandmother always cooked holiday dinners. Great memories!

I don’t know if you knew this or not but in a lot of cases especially at Walmart a boys size 16 is an adult men’s size small so if you find something in the boys section and you want to see if they have it a little bit cheaper the men’s size, small and medium are usually a little bit cheaper

Great video! I loved watching you shop for Easter goodies. The cookies looked delicious! I don’t bake these days but if I ever feel better I would love to try that recipe. It will be fun hunting Easter eggs in the snow! I think I have watched an older video where y’all did that and I remember Mark helping Everett. I hope your family has a great Easter!

To me the most surprising thing is how the Easter there is so different than ours we celebrate the orthodox Christian Easter here 😮 but its so amazing to see the differences and similarities

Hi Lauren, thank you for another awesome video, I’m in PA and since we’ve had no real snow this year, we don’t have many pot holes, which is surprising, usually we have swimming pool size ones. Hope you guys have a wonderful and blessed Easter.

If you put your hands inside the lapels of the suit jacket and fold shoulder-shoulder inside out (so the lining material is on the outside with the arms trapped inside), the suit will be less likely to get dirty and to get creased. I used to work in the suit department of a department store and we would fold like this if they weren't being boxed up. When boxing, you're best using tissue paper and creating the fewest amount of creases possible.

I use a pvc pipe as a rolling pin. For thickness measurement, I use wood trim boards. Everything gets thrown in the dishwasher. I like that the pipe can roll out a large sheet of dough

It is so neat and worked great!
We do the golden egg every year and whoever finds the egg gets a set amount of money. We make a golden color by combining egg dyes until we get gold then leave a hard boiled egg in it for a few hours until it is so bright it wont be confused with any other "gold" colored egg. The kids always enjoyed searching for eggs, we combined real eggs and plastic for hunting. In the plastic eggs we put slips of paper with silly things to do, go tell dad a joke, ask grandma how Easter was when she was little, getting them to interact with the family is always good, once they were done the adult give them their prize, or some change. We do it this way due to lost eggs with money in them one year. We learned fast slips of paper works fine. Hope you have a blessed Easter. Until next time much love.

The egg decorating looks so fun. I'd love doing that now never mind being a kid 😂 I love the Easter baskets too. It's a really fun idea. When I was a kid we just got Easter eggs and maybe some money but I don't really want to do that this year as they still have a lot of chocolate from Christmas so I'm thinking maybe an outfit and games instead but I like the idea of maybe putting some of their favourite things in a basket as well. I hope you all have a great Easter. I'm sure the boys will love their baskets.

Hi Lauren. I just wanted to tell you what my mom used to do when she went shoe shopping for me and my siblings (all of us are 18 months apart) to make her life easier she would trace our feet and take that with her when buying us shoes instead of having 4 kids to chase and avoiding meltdowns 😁

I think I saw a golden egg in the new Easter egg sleeves you showed at the beginning of the video. We always put money in the gold eggs instead of candy.

I always did a scavenger hunt with my boy’s baskets and they were upset when I thought at the teenage years they were too old for the tradition😂😂😂
