Did I miss it? I heard the dished back and then the combined dish and round back. But, I didn't hear about what was described as correct. Imho, the easiest way to learn how to sit a trot is by taking lunge lessons without stirrups. If you want improvement .. that is the fastest way to learn it.
Darn you couldn't hear her response, I thought she was shy at first but realized the audio was out during her response . very helpful video though, just subscribed
Love your tutorial just became a fan. I'm from the U. S. And at 65 1/2 made my dream dream come true by the Grace of God to learn to ride a horse. My first experience when it came to the trot, somehow I felt kinda a slight pain on my left knee. I don't know whether I was trying to hard, but the horse just kept walking instead of the troting. Again it was my first time. I'm booking for my second riding session soon. As to my riding posture my instructor told me I did fine. Hope you can advise me as to how to begin the trot . Thank you take care and God bless.
By getting the horse to work over it's back. When a horse engages it's core and works over it's back then head down happens anyway.. no need for fiddling etc...
Nearly 2 minutes in before we get anything on a 71/2 minute video and then what the problems are but no solutions. A classic case of it ‘sounds good in the head’ but not very useful. She stated the bleeding obvious that there are problems that need to be solved. I can she that likes to stretch out her ‘Consultancy’ time, but I’d be inclined to go for a fixed fee for a deliverable rather time charge for waffle.

Not sure if I will ever ride again, severe health issues, but I can keep learning! Good teaching!
This is very helpful as somebody who is just starting dressage and wasn’t good at sitting trot!💞

why don't you show the correct movement rather than explaining in detail the wrong movements? Just saying
