I think there is something wrong in the explanation as if the case with obstrucuctive pattern (and it isnt here ) it will pancreatic head cancer and it will need ultrasound ........ and if its the tail>>> without obsructive pattern as here need CT scan

Diagnosis of Cholangiocarcinoma is CT/MRI or Endoscopic U/S.There is no mention of ERCP.Can anyone confirm this?
