I have read all available interviews of Divya's parents and watched all videos made on her death, honestly i CANT believe that Divya has fallen off her balcony (literally there was no balcony in her living room!!) out of an accident, just think for a second, how can anyone ever dare to sit on a window ledge that also of a 5th floor flat without any support around? her father claims she was very happy bcoz of her new flat, while neeta lulla has said she was depressed thats why she was called to her home, and again she had said she went to discuss about her dress design for her upcoming movie! her brother Kunal never talked a single word about her while in all interviews her parents have said she loved him so much and used to give him whatever she had? her maid Amrita died in less than a month after her death, AS THEY CLAIM out of a heart attack bcoz SHE WASNT ABLE TO BEAR DIVYA'S LOSS !! or maybe because she was the only remaining witness they were afraid to open her moth sooner or later???! she was with her father and brother upto 10:30 that night, and by 11:15 neeta and her husband had arrived to her flat (somewhere it is mentioned 11:30), how come in less than an hour Divya argued with Sajid and he left the house out of anger leading Divya into a state of madness to get drunk and sit on a window ledge? and while neeta knew she was upset how she and her husband got drawn in watching the so called video tape that they even forgot her depression and didnt come to know she was going towards the window until they heard her scream? seriously the script they assembled for public sounds too SILLY and UNREAL that it first assures you of its falseness and then arises millions of WHYs and HOWs whatever happened that night, wasnt what the poor girl had chosen.. her destiny was written in such way, and she was meant to suffer such strange, abnormal and unusual death... I have read all available interviews of Divya's parents and watched all videos made on her death, honestly i CANT believe that Divya has fallen off her balcony (literally there was no balcony in her living room!!) out of an accident, just think for a second, how can anyone ever dare to sit on a window ledge that also of a 5th floor flat without any support around? her father claims she was very happy bcoz of her new flat, while neeta lulla has said she was depressed thats why she was called to her home, and again she had said she went to discuss about her dress design for her upcoming movie! her brother Kunal never talked a single word about her while in all interviews her parents have said she loved him so much and used to give him whatever she had?
her maid Amrita died in less than a month after her death, AS THEY CLAIM out of a heart attack bcoz SHE WASNT ABLE TO BEAR DIVYA'S LOSS !! or maybe because she was the only remaining witness they were afraid to open her moth sooner or later???!
she was with her father and brother upto 10:30 that night, and by 11:15 neeta and her husband had arrived to her flat (somewhere it is mentioned 11:30), how come in less than an hour Divya argued with Sajid and he left the house out of anger leading Divya into a state of madness to get drunk and sit on a window ledge? and while neeta knew she was upset how she and her husband got drawn in watching the so called video tape that they even forgot her depression and didnt come to know she was going towards the window until they heard her scream? seriously the script they assembled for public sounds too SILLY and UNREAL that it first assures you of its falseness and then arises millions of WHYs and HOWs
whatever happened that night, wasnt what the poor girl had chosen.. her destiny was written in such way, and she was meant to suffer such strange, abnormal and unusual death... RIP Divya .. we will never forget you :(

arey why to investigate if we would have the power to go back then we can just stand under the fifth floor of her flat on that fateful night at 11:30 perhaps and we would have caught her like catching a ball and would have easily saved her and bring her to the present and interrogated her what had happened that day ,did someone pushed u from that balcony window ,were u in contact with mafias who threatened to kill u ,was sajid a member of D company etc,because in her small career she has been to dubai and she might have visited to dawoods place taken by sajid himself

I believe she will always be remembered, despite having a short-lived career. Even after 19 years - it's apparent that she left behind a legacy.
