God is like wind, rushing into the room, changing the atmosphere! He is like rain, he falls on our hearts softening us to receive his word! He is like fire, consuming everything with His burning Love and passion! He is like oil, anointing us for good works!!!! =)

Not everybody's gonna understand that type of worship song. But it's a beaufiful moment when you keep singing that and thinking about, what the wind is like, how the rain feels like, what the fire means, what's so important about having oil over your head.

I remember when I watched Bethel Church sessions in university and say Steffany for the first time; I thought there was something so peculiar about her. Fast forward to now; what God has done in and through her is nothing short of extraordinary. This song will always have a special place in my heart.

Also, to back up what Sandra mentioned, ask God about the significance of each one of those things (fire, wind, oil, rain). There could be a revelation of His nature / how He relates to us in each one.
This kind of worship its what the church needs to get more of the Holy Spirit, we just need to surrend ourselves in worship. Thank you Jesus

every person in this world was and is created in the image of God. Beautiful, majestic, awesome, and everything that God is. Though we are below Him the understanding of unity we dont understand but He wants that with us. Your yearning to be know and accepted is what you were feeling. The screaming voice within that says "I WANT TO KNOW THIS GOD!". He is passionate about you and me and everyone else.
That is so true...wen we become lyrical to the point were we cant find the simplicity of worship pride has entered in because its no longer about please Christ but showing the people what we can do......and i am not saying that songs with complex lyrics are not anointed but i am saying if the simplicity of worship bothers us.....then you might want to check out whats wrong with us instead of the song just my thoughts on it :D
I find it funny that people just want more lyrics on this song. Angels can tirelessly cry kadesh, kadesh, kadesh, (holy, holy, holy) until the door posts shake for all their eternity, but us actually being graced with his blood get bored by this song after ten minutes of the same lyrics. Their is something wrong with that. Finding an anointing on a song is more than just words, but the heart and spirit behind the song. God is so immense you have no choice but to helplessly cry out the same thing
Just a few tips for the worshippers out there. Take a tip from Psalms. David proclaimed the works of the Lord amongst the congregation then praised Him accordingly with thanks. If you want to tell the Lord who He is then why not tell others who He is and boast of His works in your life. I hope this is a helpful guideline. And yes I have found myself doing the same thing on occasion but I have been challenged on that form of worship and found that flatterers often carry the same attitude.
@Gzusroxx I do not want to come across harshly, that is not my intent. I do understand that I can be overly critical about things. I spoke with a good bro about this (accountability bro) and he reminded of this. I am a worship leader and a song writer. There is nothing wrong with this song (in fact it may have come in the middle of a deep time of worship, I don't know) Jesus is more than words can describe, amen, but I do believe it is the challenge of song writers to use words best as possible!
@Proberts160 How did you even find this video if you are against all this? God obviously brought you here for a purpose. I'd just like to say one thing, Christianity may be put into the religion category, but it is not a religion, it is a relationship, and in any relationship you have to work at it, so you haven't found God yet because you haven't tried to, so why not just ask God if he is real, and if you don't get any response, then you will know. There's nothing wrong with asking right? :)
@Proberts160 Hey man you have a good point. There is no evidence that someone could prove to you, its only what you believe. But for me personally God has revealed himself to me, i know he is true. I guess everyone will find out if hes reall or not when they die. My life is better now because i know jesus, life makes more sense to me. All i can say to you is you will find out oneday. But every knee will bow down one day to God
@Proberts160 I'm sorry you feel this way. It sounds like what those people said to you about your father hurt you. In many ways, Christians have messed up but all religions including agnostics mess it up.. What is wrong with believing in a place that is better than here? What is there to lose? Either I die and am just dead OR I go to a real place called heaven. No one gets hurt for believing - just like a dreamer doesn't get hurt for coming up with ideas that seem impossible like computers!

Acts 2:1-4 Mighty rushing wind... and Matthew 25 The parable of the ten virgins. All these represent the Holy Spirit. More scriptures in the Bible if you want to read it.
