lol same my ex husband was a sex addict yet only lasted about 2 minutes and never gave me what I wanted.
The best sexual and intimate experiences for me, where as I grew older and understood my own needs, pleasures, and desires, could then COMMUNICATE them to my partner. Also, for me, once I deepened the spiritual and emotional connection with said partner, love came easier and love making just evolved better and better each and every time. If the partner has zero interest in learning, understanding, or maturing, then the sex will always remain a stagnant chore.

I’m a mother of an adult child with a disability. I could go on with the challenges but I think you are aware of the challenges.
My suggestion is get help if you haven’t. Find as much support as you can. Programs to support them and you. Friends family (though you may be disappointed), so what as a friend of mine says‘keep it moving’! ☺️
Look for summer camps, social workers, disability advocates, organizations, Make a Wish, volunteer nursing students, ( or reduce pay for credit). Your religious affiliates. (Volunteers to assist)……
Most importantly find a way to decompress. Get away for whatever amount of time. Hours, days or weeks . Seriously!

It's rare to have both.
Teaching someone a skill is not the same as teaching someone to sense. People can make progress in both, but that doesn't over-ride how they do it, naturally. And when someone lets loose, particularly if their pleasure is less based on receiving than doing, at the moment, they will default to their underlying senses, and habits. If you want the people in a relationship to have mind blowing sex, you need them each to go there, and give up a level of performance, and control. If you only intend a one at a time approach to great sex, in which sex is a form of work, whatever faff you put about that, then go ahead, convince yourself that staying with the person you don't match in the bedroom, is better. But realize that what you're participating in, is the commodification of sex. Someone has convinced you that because a man has certain traits, or is a certain way in other parts of life, you are to give him yourself on an intimate level. Think of the people you are not attracted to, and try the script you are using to justify having sex with such a man. It's a form of extremely hard use, in a very intimate way, is it not?
Furthermore, some people know how to touch, and some people do not, even after patient tuition, even when they are doing their very best performances. I'm not going to pretend that people simply have different ways of touching, that someone else in the world, will appreciate, in most cases. What soothes nervous systems the world over, generally has a much smaller range of acceptable skill. It really is a matter of being predisposed towards a blend of sensing and action that suits the nervous system (if you're speciest, of the human animal, but, in fact, including many other species, note general petting and massage). Men do not deserve sex... No one does. But let me repeat that, men to not deserve sex with another person. As women, we have been taught to bury the cost of sex that is not what we want, so we can be used. We have been taught all sorts of cost/benefit analyses to find out, magically, that though an encounter wasn't all we had hoped, it was fine, really. We keep these encounters in sense memory, in the most intimate fashion. Bad sex is not a disappointment like a birthday gone wrong. We have no words to properly describe the traumatic intimacy... Did you think that was a coincidence? We have no words, because the agenda has always been to paper over the significance, and lie about it, until everyone believes a more socially convenient alternate history.
Moreover, I am completely sick of hearing from women who practically have man's best friend, and perpetual harmonizer, stamped on them, how women can, and should, just work with men, training men, and themselves, to be better at sex, and long term partnership. Sometimes it's just self gaslighting, but it takes our public discourse straight back to utter naïveté. The stakes are our bodies, our lives, our very souls. Sex is not labor, or gambling, or setting up house, and someone is always ready to say it is, but this is us, intimately, touch that reaches our spirits, and our bodies in ways we still have insufficient words for, but we can feel, and probably will, for the rest of our lives... Or at least, in a way that will have influence on us long after we would initially think it should, or could. In trying to make a safe space for exploration through a lack of expertise, the collective approach has been to gaslight women about any initially bad sexual experience... Which hides a multitude of sins, and gets women in deeper, when their instincts to get out are speaking up loudly, maybe for the first time. This is a crucial time, absolutely crucial. As women, we should be saying stridently at this time, that women belong to themselves, and do not owe anyone sex.
Additionally, plenty of women go looking for men who share their values, and they find them, only to discover deeper misogyny, or even just a fundamental lack of compatibility in the bedroom, and instead of being able to pull away, create boundaries, or simply re-imagine what a community, or friendship relationship might be like in a healthier way, women are locked into sexual performance, and other roles like marriage. More to the point, women often feel compelled to lie, to fit the narrative that the man they are with, is all the good things they project to the world, and not the man they experienced. I will not forget that affluent, college educated women are a demographic that has seen an explosion in domestic violence and abuse. I'm not saying college educations mean these women are leftists with excellent radars, but plenty are/were. They chose men who knew how to publicly show solidarity, while privately being anything but on team woman. It feels incomprehensible that people who are so close to you, can degrade you to an abject state, especially so quickly, so easily, as often happens with men and misogyny. Which makes it difficult to validate the reality, and to get out, in ways that would probably surprise anyone who hasn't navigated this kind of thing before. (May also want to look into narcissism...)
Now, I don't think good sex equates to a moral man, but I will say this: A man who cannot sense another's body well, should be setting off alarm bells to test what else he's not good at sensing, or doesn't want to sense. Does that make a man evil? Not neccessarily. But it should put you on defensive footing, immediately. This is a person who probably shouldn't be trusted fully with your body, and maybe not with other things -to be sussed out. Remember, if the fault is stupidity, the tragedy can be death, and people will watch it play out in full, and then write it off as simply unfortunate. And, unfortunately, people will also give certain types of evil a pass, over and over again. This is a time when it is well worth it to try to be the strongest, most perspicacious, most self reliant for judgement, version of yourself, without letting anyone sway you to anything different.

I haven't worked in 3 years so yes I've been able to definitely pay more attention. But meditation and breathe work on a daily basis no matter how much we work is key to a magical life. It will transform everything for you. Getting to know your own body results when you start listening to your intuition and your gut instincts and reconnecting with your own body, sitting quietly in nature...... providing daily self-care is a must for everyone all the time but nobody teaches us that. Respect and love and honor your body by putting Pure Foods and clean water in it, no fluoride in your products, eliminate heavy metals if you can, especially from all personal hygiene products. Using natural products on your body for hair coloring or organic nail polish, anything you can do to be gentle to your body❤ you're a demonstrating self-love and you teach people how to treat you. Never cancel on yourself whether it be a weekly bath or a monthly pedicure, enjoy the feelings of it and always be fully present when things are happening for your highest good, like a massage, hugging a tree, but always being barefooted in nature is important as well.
It will eliminate any physical conditions because it pulls inflammation from the body. Using a grounding mat, earthing.com for example... using pure body lotions, eliminating chemicals and toxins from your environment.... getting good sleep and staying away from EMF as much as possible..... provides the body with energy. The more love you give to yourself the more you have to give to another.❤
Love is actually an action so you will have the energy and peace within that you need to bring the same to another. Whether it be at your workplace or a partnership, we cannot give what we do not have.
Learning to receive and making sure you give to yourself is the most important thing you can do. Your oxygen mask must always be put on first, as they say...
That way your jobs will have a balance, you will also create more abundance in your life and more freedom and flow, and because we are energetic beings first and foremost.... you will have the space now for all forms of abundance to flow in whether it be money free time or travel.
No matter whether I was working or not I never canceled on myself with a monthly massage or Reiki or sound healing appointment.
And the more in touch you are sitting quietly with yourself without judgment... the more you can attach to your desires and be able to speak them without reservation.

The balance of work and play and having fun is super important because everything must be in balance. Your intuition as always been speaking to you, that little voice of your higher self.... your connection to creator.... but we pay attention to the external world too much, and worry about others before ourselves... none of that will get you anywhere important. It's all old unhealthy programming especially from the baby boomer generation.
I've experienced that When you actually work less you allow space for more to come in.
But everything is perfection. I want you to consider work? We should be doing what our passions are and what we enjoy, and when we choose that first, abundance flows in because our personal vibrational frequency is higher. Therefore we draw in other high vibrational people & situations.

It's all about Consciousness and being more self-aware. Fully present. Not in the future which is anxiety and not in the past which is depression. Anytime the mind takes us somewhere else other than the fully present, the body must respond in our bodies get physically sick as a result of our thoughts because the body must match up to the frequency of our thoughts and words. If we have self hatred or lack of self-value and worth for example, we are attacking our beautiful cells. Therefore the body will develop an autoimmune disorder and attack itself. The more fully present and conscience we are, the more we get to know ourselves and ask for what we want. Whether someone says no or not is not a reflection of us nor is it a rejection of us😊 many people are so damaged from childhood that they deliberately wait for people to ask them things so they can say no because they want the other person to feel as bad as they always do inside. It's called withholding. Navigating around those types of people it is certainly an important part of growth and personal evolution. You get to practice all the time enhancing yourself. And that's what every interaction with another and any type of relationship with any individual is all about, honing our own confidence and evolving❤

Yes this woman is spot on! But i don't agree with the part about good sex skills being learnt otherwise more men would've improved by now. I think fundamentally it's a mismatch of needs and we all should know that by now - women need to share erotic, passionate stuff like flirtation, variety, build-up to really enjoy it, whereas generally speaking men don't need or put effort into any of that preamble. I was with an awesome guy for a long time and it NEVER no matter how much direction got closer to what I wanted. I agree partially. Coming from A person who has seen it all almost. You forgot that there're husbands that do the looking and may not say they are married. I've concluded that it's the responsibility mostly of the person who is married to put the boundaries needed. Men aren't as stupid as many may think.
