For your information, they have been working on the FDR in New York City for over 30 years and they still can't finish. Also, they are so parts of Highway like the New Jersey Turnpkye/I-95 that they have been working on for 35 years and counting. And they have not finished working on those. New York FDR (35 year unfinished project) is not a fair comparison to the new Crane road which supposed to take only 24 months.
