Thanks for the reaction~ We could say there are a couple of episodes that are transitions, since after all this is a first season, they introduce some arcs a bit slower. In my point of view, the "aversion to my own kind" comment had more to do with the attitude they both had. Frieren was living very apathetically up to the point she joined the party, so seeing at Sein living without purpose and giving up in what was once his goal hit her close
ahhh that makes a lot of sense, sein was her former self back then before the party of heroes came into meeting her.. got it! I was wondering what that meant so thank you for clarifying i appreciate it :) and of course it is my pleasure 😊
I think the true aversion to one's own kind is more that Sein is also a genius like Frieren. This episode is a nice palate cleanser after last episode. Light-hearted and humorous to start the day. Next episode may be a better one if you're celebrating your wife's birthday.
ah so thats what that meant lol i think throughout the episode i was trying to figure that out. Def light hearted and glad it wasn't too heavy on the heart strings 😊 and honestly i cant wait to see what his story entails too
