People moan about explorers but we will never see these places as they torn down or damaged, most explorers are respectful like Dave and mark. They are respectful.
Exactly! These guys are not disrespectful, so yeah. They don't deserve any disrespect for exploring. I feel privileged to get a tour of these places. 💃
6:42 omg this house is so gorgeous. Looks so old. I love the thatch and lead pane windows and all the wood and the view! Oh my goodness...what a property ❤
So much history on every house you guys visit. Just imagine when the families were leaving in there, parents seeing their kids growing up and running around talking and laughing. Families having dinner together talking about their daily lives activities they did during the day. Is so sad seeing these houses abandoned and falling apart 😔
I think the are planning on doing a rebuild, using some of the original fittings & furniture & that's why the are wanting to save some things, but it's an amazing place, such beauty in such an old home,& the view is breathtaking, love you two guys xxx
Wow Dave & Mark what an amazing explore. That estate is huge and such a beautiful thatched mansion. Love the secret tower what an amazing place to live. Hope the graveyard was pets!! . Such a beautiful view of the river. Loved you two dreaming of living there. Thank you x
Hi you bothe nice to have marky with you again Dave both make a good team the mansions are very very old with the hatchet build in the kitchen looks creepy to me do a ghost video and stay in there over night you may see a servent lurking about stay safe
Omg I can’t believe they’re going to demolish that first house, it so beautiful that would be my dream home. So glad you managed to explore there before it all gone.
I just love you both. You are such caring young men. Great video.. I feel so sad knowing that it will be torn down. Thank you for showing us this beautiful place.❤
What a wonderful place. It was built in the 1930's to look like the tudor style. Then add ons have been done since. It was beautiful in its heyday. What a shame they just let it sit there self destructing.
I've just found a picture of the Tudor House before it was derelict, it looked beautiful, and who the owner was. They made a very popular drink when I was in my late teens. I've found other details. The plan is for a 10,000 sq ft new build house (unfortunately), boat shed, pool pavilion, outbuildings and staff cottages. I'm surprised they are allowed to do this.
Oh god them curtains are so beautiful the Japanese style ones wow everything beautiful the view wow waking up to that would be great ❤❤❤❤❤..........................
Hey Dave and Markie ❤so good see you both ...going to watch this one my TV... So don't think I'm shutting it off in the middle of anything.I want to watch It on my t.V, God bless and thanks for the Explore. These are always the best ones to watch. So very sad to see such beautiful places go to ruin..Love you both and love you loads❤❤❤❤🎉
Finished watching, what an absolutely stunning place! So glad the owner was OK with you both. What a shame it has to be pulled down, so love the 1st house. If only!! Thank you to you and Mark for the journey!
You two together are the best. I absolutely love the banter. What an incredible place. I would love to save it if I could afford it. Great upload Dave and Mark.
Wow ❤❤❤❤❤ I'm so speechless 🙊 this place is something else i mean who wouldn't want that house and the land itself would be great be so peaceful and i would love that ❤thanks for other great video 📹 👍 😊 ...
#Dave and #Mark, I think this house is a 60's style. Especially those cabinets and the intercom! I love thatched roofs. It seems like over there where y'all are, thatched roofs hold up better than regular roofs. I may be wrong, but it seems like less leaks with the thatched? It must be a lost art to building them.. great explore and I love that Mark is mic'd up. Great sounds
There are still thatchers who make thatched roofs in England, as there are still a lot of those houses around and they need new roofs every 25 years or so.
If this was really old it would be listed building and they wouldn't be able to knock it down. Maybe not as old as it looks. Great find guys.Love the thatched roof.
My uncle's Mansion had a summer kitchen and a winter kitchen. The winter kitchen was actually in the house and the Summer kitchen was attached to the back... So as not to heat up the house with the fires (in the wood burning stoves) in the summertime.
Hey Dave & Mark! Great to see the old team exploring! What an awesome explore too! What gorgeous Tudor style mansion! Guessing it was built in the 1800's and updated in the late 70's or early 80's? Love you to come back to this place for a ghost explore! its great for you to diversify by having channels geared towards other topics like ghost hunting. It's just a natural fit because some the places you explore are plain creepy! It looks like they have marked all the lumber they plan to use in their next build or reno. Love the video guys!
It was built in the 1930s and appears to have been refurbished in the 1960s. If you follow the clues in the video about who owned it (hint: a man who invented a very famous British drink connected loosely to champagne) you can find some news articles online about the place.
Hi Dave and Mark, good to see you both filming together. The thatch house is from say 1790 . It gave me the creeps, especially the lock on the outside of that door. Everything seemed so dark, although the rooms in parts were large, it felt like you were being drawn into it. The granny annex faired better, but still felt as though you were being watched. I loved the view of the lake and the different trees around, In the Seasons it would have been beautiful, especially hearing the birds singing and the wildlife around during the day and night. I thought The Pet Cemetery was really so nice and would have been lovely when the owners or servants were there to take care of it. The second house, including the Tower i did not like at all it had a eery feel to it even though you could not get upstairs. Your filming ends telling us the owner turns ups with his wife and a claw hammer. What an ending.
@@Londonfogey Hi, i was first going to put 1920 as i too didnt think it was that old, but i thought people might think this one is abit thick which is why i put to 1790. So this is why they can knock all the places down. Thank you for the update. Take care.
Hi dave, great to see you again marky what a beautiful thatched tudor house Very 70s 80s decor. I absolutely love the outside but the inside is not that exciting its a shame for it to get ripped down though the windows, doors and the size and natural light in the rooms are beautiful
OMG I agree with you both I also Love that place Such a shame to be demolished .I would of loved to live there or had spent summers there, taking a boat out and relaxing out in the water on a beautiful day. Another great video This can be counted as one of my favorites. Hi Mark 🖐 So very glad your back . Two of my favorites back together again. To you both take care and stay safe. ❤❤❌❌
Thank you guys! You were lucky the owners didn't show up with what you would have expected within the other continent you just visited. That could have had a bad outcome. btw: Your channel had been recommended on my home feed on FB since I follow another UK explorer over there. Will follow you immediately.🤍Great content with your school friend. So much more fun than you hanging with the others (and I don't mean Josh and Steve, they are great reliable people!). Stick with Mark or explore by yourself if you have to. Luv ya ❣
Wow such a beauty ! incredible to see thank you dear friends 1 of a kind Estates for sure . Too bad the Cams are working so you both can get there in the night to do sum ghost activities wow i can see me and Family living there. So much room i would love to have all that storage space. Hi Dave and Mark, wow, such a shame they are tearing it all down. Glad you got to film it all before you had to end it...Thanks for taking us with you. Take care and much love from New Zealand xx
Hi Dave & Markie,😉😉Wow, the 1st Abandoned Mansion with the 12 Acres, Lake & Pool Was Gorgeous!! Well, with All the Damage of Floors, Walls & Other Stuff, it Would Only Sell for Maybe 5 Million!! Sad to See that they Will Tear It Down, It Should be Saved!! Google said Mansions are from 17th to 18th Century, but Has Been Modernized to 1950`s or Later!! You 2 Need to Go Back After They Tear All of Them Down? They Should Save All the Beautiful Windows!! I Wonder Why 3 Mansions in a Row, Went Abandoned? The Last Mansion was Way More Modern & a Lot Smaller!! Yes I Love the 1st One the Best!! The Tower was Unique!! Would Love to have That Greenhouse!! Take Care You 2 & have a Safe Drive to Your Next Journey!!💖💖Both of You have a Wonderful Sunday!!❤❤ Love Barb from Central Illinois USA ❣ I Will Share the Video to Facebook/Newsfeed
That one house or even all of them could be saved now that is amazing find must had been a group of families that lived on the land maybe that why there multiple homes there 🤔 i wouldnt blame them for wanting to live there it beautiful but yet one got to wonder why its all abandoned 💔 😔 i just loved them kind of homes over there u.k. there beautiful.....
These abandoned hoses are worth a fortune, i just dont understand why so many are left abandoned to rot away, tis nice to look back at your old videos Dave, thank you, hope you are well, much love xx UK 🇬🇧
I think that tower apartment was the best part of the property. So unique and quirky! The grounds were beautiful as well. Such a shame that the buildings can't be saved, but I do hope that they preserve the pet cemetery in some way.
What a wonderful property such a shame to lose it so glad you guys got to look around it why people have deface things you are so right copper thefts at least we see your take on how explore should be done with respect 🙏 ❤well done you two yes do go back at night 🌙
WOW! Three beautiful houses, the first one was my favorite. I loved the furniture in the first house that was still there and I would had loved to have a kitchen that size. The tower was pretty awesome but all those stairs was a bit much. It's a shame the new owners are going to tear those beautiful houses down. Thanks for sharing this place us take care.
You said Rochester high street.. you guys should look at Gillingham equestrian near the strand if you havent already. I only went down the old horse building. Bit of history with the owner online.
Hi Dave and Mark what a fabulous place I can't believe they are going to demolish it. I think it's probably 17 hundreds. Great to see Mark out with you again thank you great video.
What an amazing MANSION and estate. It is sad that it will all be torn down so they can build a new one there. I think the original owners had too much $$$. The first house you went into looked like a guest house to me. While the 2nd one was the mother-in-law house, with an extra room for her to have a guest as well. Too bad they wouldn't give you a tour of the big house though. Have a great day and safe travels
People moan about explorers but we will never see these places as they torn down or damaged, most explorers are respectful like Dave and mark. They are respectful.
Exactly! These guys are not disrespectful, so yeah. They don't deserve any disrespect for exploring.

So well said ❤
I just want to jump into the TV and give Mark a hug cos he is clearly upset about the houses getting knocked down ❤❤

If this was really old it would be listed building and they wouldn't be able to knock it down. Maybe not as old as it looks. Great find guys.Love the thatched roof.
Yes, it's 1930s I think. It's a good pastiche of a tudor building though.
My uncle's Mansion had a summer kitchen and a winter kitchen. The winter kitchen was actually in the house and the Summer kitchen was attached to the back... So as not to heat up the house with the fires (in the wood burning stoves) in the summertime.

I agree with you on the age I really don`t think it is as old as it looks. I think everything marked for saving will go to salvage yards to be resold.
@Butterfly54684 it is beautiful to say the least!

Beautiful view. Vacation home.
Thank you Dave for showing us this amazing site. It's a crime for the philistines to knock it all down especially as its a fantastic location.
I wonder, which one of the pet's in the pet cemetery, liked the turkey kibble in the bag left in the coal chute area?.
It reminds me of medieval on the outside. But the inside looks newer probably renovated at some point.
I would love to live in the old house. I love the old styles of homes alot more than the cheap made homes they build these days.
Yes to a night visit! Loved your exploration in this house…..such a tragedy to have it all pulled down! 🥺
Ah we got our boy back love watching you guys together
Hi Dave and Mark what a fabulous place I can't believe they are going to demolish it. I think it's probably 17 hundreds. Great to see Mark out with you again thank you great video.
Watching from the states on my TV. Awesome video guys!! Love you both!! It's awesome seeing you guys together again!😁🖤🖤🖤

What an awesome exploration. That place was really cool, especially the tower. Out of all of it I wouldn't mind living in the tower.
Great to see you guy's together again...awesome work
Absolutely mega find guys
Amazing Eplore! Its a shame, beautiful place.
I absolutely love this house, it is reminiscent of an old Tudor style house.
