This Ben Samuel should be arrested simple! He is a psychopath
Mr. Ben Samuel claims he lives in the West and the laws are different. I also live in the West, probably longer than him, over 35 years , and i can safely say, he is absolutely wrong about everything. He could be charged for knowing the whereabouts of Andrew and keeping quiet over it even though Andrew is on the " Crime Watch" and he is being sought . Before you acquire a citizenship of a country, you would have to swear an oath to protect and defend the interest of that said country which Mr. Ben Samuel has failed to do, more so, he knew exactly why Scotland Yard/ British Metropolitan police has Andrew on the crime watch list. Ben has a very huge problem. Ben knew where Andrew was , fled Britain to another Commonwealth country and perpetrating the exact crime for which he is being sought , even worse and he sends him all the photos of his heinous acts . Under International law, that is called, ( Aiding and Abetting). His British citizenship could or would be revoked, he can bet!. Mr. Ben Samuel really has a lot of questions to answer. He can't get away so easily with that.

From what we know, the Nigerian Police are aware that Andrew was wanted by the British Police. Why didn't they alert them of Andrew's capture?
Ben is apparently naive by coming out boldly on this matter but we should not use his naivety as a tool to denounce him in the good deed that he is doing. If he hadn't come out as he did, this matter may have been suppressed.
He thinks that everyone that following this case is living in Nigeria that's why he is saying all these nonsens. He said that he has gone to the UK police and gave statement. If he did that then, the reason is to stop people from reporting him and tell the police about the videos he has been getting from Adrew

Andrew was adopted by Nigerian parents living in the UK and spent a stayed in Nigeria briefly when he was still very small and was taken back to UK where he grew up and spent most of his entire life there only to come back to Nigeria and settle down after the UK police were after him for sexually assaulting a woman,at least that's what his friend Ben said
