That’s a great pattern stu with the 3 bricks with keyed one at end . Fantastic as never seen before . I always said your the evolution of bricklaying in this age of humanity. Nicky the bricky 🏴🏴🏴
@@Stucrompton1 its refreshing to see someone give a shit about the quality rather than chucking muck on a wall seeing how many they can get down. Quality wins every time.
Love the detail on the corners, I think the headers and the inlay really worked it looks solid. Would've looked well with herringbone infill in solid blue engineers or maybe even those narrow block pavers in the right colour, lots more work though obviously. Top job 👏
Always makes me chuckle, the original builders of these houses thought it was fine to put bungalows on an uneven plot. Surely you would find a flat plot to put houses for people with physical issues 😂
Another awesome job from you guys. Thanks for filming it.
I am a german bricklayer and i am faszinated about your corners. Not much bricklayer in germany could do it that way.
Probs to you

Its like watching a bricklayer, stone mason and carpenter all rolled into one. The tenon joints on those top level bricks are on another level.

Looks amazing. Do you get efflorescence on these kind of projects after they’ve been up for a while?
👍🏾
I built plenty of 440 piers with the Union Jack pattern . Kept that template from collage 27 years ago ,

appreciate the craftmanship on this but its a very busy and over designed set of steps, whats with the two lots of steps to the side?!
Amazing workmanship but can't feeling it looks far too much. Dominates the whole front of the house.

Ace 10/10 skill and creativeness but poor Initial design Has been so over complicated Less is more sometimes, this one hasn’t worked for me.
As a 60 year old fully trained Silver Trowel bricklayer, it pains me to say it, but you Sir are light years better than me -)
No chance. You have more experience
Sloppy work
What are you talking About?
Old one looked better.
