Chen Zhen is the strongest student of Huo Yuan Jia. After Huo supposedly died in the ring as shown in Jet Li movie Fearless, Chen Zhen fly back to China in order to fight the Japanese Karate Master that "beat" Huo.
Unfortunately Chen Zhen never existed. He is a fictional character created by Ni Kuang, a Shanghai-born Hong Kong writer and first appeared in Bruce Lee's 1972 movie Fist of Fury.
