Its beyond a joke Janet. Major General Alastair Bruce is a great fella, he always chats to the crowds. Last year in St Andrews square I had a lengthy conversation with him, he has great knowledge and presence.
When else do you reckon people can bring their family out to watch a parade then. Drunks are drunk 24/7 anyway by definition. That’s entirely their problem.
