Snipe Hunting Florida

I tried to reciprocate a waterfowl hunt to a friend but we got skunked that morning. So, we decided to drive 70 miles inland to the only private land I have access to. All in hopes of him shooting some Snipe and I not looking a fool.
Well it payed off, the birds were there to say the least. Definitely a hunt that I will always remember

Shot my limit yesterday, not hard to hit. But 28 gauge open choked gun was limited in range.

We use to go snipe hunting at night with pans, wooden spoons and a few cases of beer. And not long ago I found out that their really are snipe.

Good to hunt makes for some good practice better hit them before they crap if not it`s to late
