Wow, that was one of the most punishing songs I have ever heard, those vocals had me wanting to poke out my eardrums. It sounded like two bad songs being played at the same time.
I feel the same for Dream Theater but it doesn't mean they make a bad song. Just not my preference. Maybe you should consider to be more rational thinker rather than being too subjective.
