The smooth tool with terrain tools is a godsend. Best advice is to just keep playing with it, trying something simple first. The third stocking could be for a pet. I grew up doing turkey or ham at Christmas. Mostly turkey, with potatoes, turnip, stuffing, salads, other veggies and dinner rolls. Mom wrote the normal tags and dad wrote the ones from Santa, so I wouldn't know it was them. I remember one year dad telling me maybe Santa would like egg nog this year because everyone gives him milk....dad didn't want milk that night lol. They always nibbled whatever I left out, even carrots or whatever for the reindeer. Each year I'd specify who should get it, I felt Rudolph would get all the treats leaving the others sad.
You’re right, practice makes perfect! I just need more experience with the terrain tools. This year we decided to make a lasagna for Christmas which I realize is totally not as Christmas-y as a turkey or ham lol 😅 that’s a funny dad story haha we only left cookies out for reindeer one time when I was a kid and it was because my dad got me a new bike that he decorated to look like a reindeer lmao

@@kiarako omg, dad's are so cute, I miss mine, I lost him in 2013. Gah I know, more loss. I've managed to grieve and remember them.
@@ashleyhoran5388 that’s terrible, I’m so sorry. Grieving and remembering is healthy and good, I love hearing these old family Christmas stories ❤️
