    PhD is quite strengthening but never easy. There is no slow moment at all. The rigorous nature is rewarding and accords one assured integrity and meal ticket.

    Thanks for sharing these advices, Maria. Yes, I really think that self-care your biopsychosocial health is very important to do whatever project. More if the project, it's like a PhD, that seems never-ending and depends mostly on you and your time. Thanks again =)
