Thank you for being the only reviewer who played the device with a clean sound! Don't get metal noise, I'm old school soul funk and jazz, so many thanks. Will get one! Best wishes from Scotland
Just received email notice that mine has been delivered and is waiting in the mailbox for me.. Sweet! Great demo! The piece you play on pre-set 02 is fantastic.. love the feel..
Thank you for the review! Little thing about strat-style guitars: I've seen female-to-male cables, even short rigid stick-like connectors that you can use to connect this thing to those kinds of guitars.
Final comment on this, I promise. I mean, obviously its a good product 'n' all, but that is a seriously overlooked design fault, to not make sure it caters for what is arguably the most famous and well represented (at least in terms of copies) electric guitar of all time! I can see Jimi Hendrix getting very annoyed about this...and he'd be right!!
You nailed it. When i started i bought my legato as I didn't felt comfortable with people hearing me practice, but with the proper adapter this thing is really good and Bluetooth pairing works really well and with the proper setup you can even record from your phone. A slam dunk of a product
Thanks Miles, fantastic review. I learned a lot about the device from you than other vids. One question, please? Is it difficult to connect device via Bluetooth? Thanks again man
Thank you! As for overdrive, yes. I kind of glazed over that preset initially, but the overdrive is decent and in edit mode you can construct your own preset and adjust the level of gain you’re using. I believe you can tweak the factory presets as well
Hello there, I'm thinking about to buy this product but I wonder if I can use it with my classical guitar. It has an under saddle piezo pickup. Thanks in case. 😁
I got my hands on a 1/8” headphone jack cable that splits out to two XLR jacks. I plugged those two into two inputs on my audio interface and recorded the individual sides to get the stereo effects the device has to offer. This means when recording you’re recording two tracks in your DAW at the same time.
@@MilesDoesMusic i do not have an interface for now but i do have speakers. one for my pc for backing track and one for my guitar would it still work and record the sound
I’m travelling a lot and got an inexpensive headless guitar to take the neck off and meet airline carry on regulations. This little amp is great for practice but with any of my guitars your not going to get a rich tone no matter what headphones or ear buds you use. I’m going with earbuds for portability to travel with. Bluetooth is awesome for jam tracks and I use iPhone with Moises for isolating tracks to play with. The tuner sucks, only standard tuning and to tune your guitar it flops around and it’s tough to see or tune in playing position. I use my iPhone for tuning. The overall sound is a bit cheesy and fake but wtf it’s for practice and it’s exceptionally good for that. I’ve ordered a new model Positive Grid Spark GO mini amp for travel and this may give me a better practice experience. Lekato will still make a good back up for travel as it is so compact and could make a nice gift for someone on the road travelling. But overall this Lekato is inexpensive, intuitive to use and is a great asset for me.
If you’re looking for an amplifier to plug a guitar and a microphone and to use in an outdoor setting, this product isn’t going to be suitable for your needs.
Hi, I’m not quite sure how to go about doing that, I’d suggest contacting Lekato directly unless there’s instructions in the manual. Sorry I couldn’t help more
FOR A FENDER GUITAR JUST PUT A 6 TO 12 INCH EXTENSION THAT SHOULD BE REALLY USE ON ALL GUITARS, YOU PUT THAT GUITAR DOWN THE WRONG WAY WITH THE MINI AMP ON AND COULD SAY GOOD BYE TO IT
That sounded better than I expected. A LOT better.
I thought the same thing!!

Happy to help!!
I watched your video and immediately ran to buy it, haha. Thanks for the tip! I think this is just what I was looking for! Good luck to you!

Thanks for the great video. All most people want is just a quick review but explained clear and simple for idiots like me!

Yeah thats cool man!...Good demo too!
Oh you know what, I sent that comment above before hearing that part about the Strat!....now it sucks!!...lol...🤣

Thank you! No it connects pretty easily 🔥
I use this same pocket amp with my Strat and have no plug in issues whatsoever..
Great!
Great video. I'm wondering, does it have any decent Overdrive/crunch tone? Thanks!
Thank you!

Hey! I imagine while you can use it with that guitar no problem, I don’t think you’ll be happy with the results in that case tonally.
It fits right handed Strats perfectly but will not plug into a left handed one like yours!
can you explain more how you recorded it

So what you're saying is.. .you need more candy in your box before you'll let them name drop?
Precisely. Hahahaha
I’m not handy. I’d like something to plug in a guitar and microphone (and do I need a small amp?) outside.
What should I be looking for?
