"Fears Of Two-Tier Policing!" Reform UK THREATENS Private Prosecution Over Manchester Airport Fracas

- Reform UK has said it will launch a private prosecution against the men suspected of being involved in a disturbance at Manchester Airport in July if they are not charged by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).
Footage of a fracas at the airport went viral and appeared to show an officer kicking and stamping on the head of Fahir Amaaz, 19, as he and his brother Muhammed Amaad, 25, were restrained by officers.
Further footage, obtained by the Manchester Evening News, emerged days later which showed the immediate lead-up to the incident on July 23, including when two female police officers were hit to the ground before Mr Amaaz was incapacitated with a Taser.
An investigation by the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) is under way into the incident and nobody has been charged.

Senior police officers I would imagine, not the rank and file, who we see face these dangers everyday.
Its not the cops on the street, they don't have the ability to control the narrative to this extent. Its the few at the top, and in order to delay a prosecution to this extent they must be hand in glove with the CPS. It probably goes higher than this, and I smell the hand of the lab gov in this. Delaying this prosecution is something that is done at the top level of Gov.

I fully support Reform's efforts, but I'm afraid this action of a private prosecution will go nowhere. What happened when Lee Anderson took Yvette Cooper to task re the Home Office release detailing 1000s of criminals brought to justice and to be prosecuted? This painted them as gulity before any hearing, and what happed to Lee's complaint?

This press conference was held before the CCTV footage was released. The lawyer claiming police brutality is no longer representing them. He was a grifter.

A woman involved in the incident is being paraded in front of the cameras with a bruised face. In the footage it appears to show her take an elbow to the face by one of the men under arrest as he’s throwing punches at one of the officers.
Her own son smacked her when he was windmilling punches at the coppers. Utter sc&m.

It’s been going on for years! I had a fight over my x misses we went to court because the man was part Indian they claim racism, even though ever witness said there was no racism! And they even said that I never started the fight! But the judge decided that he thought their might have been some racism with no evidence whatsoever! Internalised racism is just as bad as racism. And should be treated just the same way. These people in charge and the judges are internalised racists.
