They make the most hauntingly beautiful sounds of any land animal I know of. I could listen to them forever. Thank you for the video. ❤️

Right next to whales in the oceans...
Or a red stag!
Sunbitterns and the common loon have pretty calls as well.
@@marsthatdamnrebel I find the topic of whales more interesting than Taylor Swift.
“Whatcha doin there, Jack?” “Oh, nothing, just listening to the hottest mixtape of the century…”
Imagine if humans communicated their horniness by just screaming as loud as they could
We don't?
@@andrijwilhite3978 XD
they do.
So majestic and truly glorious animals, handsome bulls and gorgeous cow Elk, I love them all!
Thank you for sharing!
I finally got to hear that in person last year it's beautiful
Yes, it's hard to beat that sound, especially hearing it at night by a Campfire. Thank You!
@@WildlifeOnVideo last October i visited the grand canyon for the first time me and my family stayed on the south rim luckily enough we came during the elk rut season and one morning a bull elk and a couple of elk cows walked by our campsite i was able to get plenty of pictures and videos of them
Imagine a world without humans, where you could here all sounds of mother nature, like this in every distance.
We wouldnt be able to hear it in that timeline since we dont exist
It Exists. It’s Called The Western US.
Imagine being alone in the woods when it’s dark out and hearing this from a distance
It is pretty awesome! Thank You Red Devil!
One of the best sounds there is second to an old gobbler gobbling while moving towards you even though you can't see him yet
Try it from 30feet away. It hurts your ears, for real
I’ve been within 25 yards, it literally hurts your ears. Never comes across as scary tho.
I was in the middle of nowhere camping in the fall and to my surprise once about midnight hit things got very interesting I've never heard that before and it was quite the experience
Haunting and unearthly. One would not expect this animal to make such a sound.
Elk noises are what you get when you merge a seagull and a screaming child together
Living in the sticks in western washington is amazing. We see deer in our yard. We hear coyotes yipping at night. We hear elk every once in a while but see them all the time in the early morning. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The population of our town is 50 and it's super spread out.
CDA baby! I see elk during my lunch break in the winter
That sounds like absolute paradise. I despise living in the city, to much concrete, not enough greenery, and way too many people. Just going outside gives me anxiety.
Here come the californians...
@@A.J.1656 I have a bumper sticker on the back of my pickup that says "Go Home" with a picture of california on it.
Wa sucks... Let's be honest here ... The polictics ruin it
This sound to me captures the feeling of untamed wilderness in North America.
So beautiful! It is so cute like facing the camera when making a sounds and even showing its tongue. Thank you for sharing this wonderful video.
Thank you Happywife!
How can something that sounds so obnoxious sound so beautiful? Great video.
Ha ha.. yes. Thank You Doug!

No
First time i heard this sound i was driving across montanas border at like 1200 at night and was deep in the mountains. Never heard anything like it before, thought satan was coming for me
"Wraiths.... Wraiths on wings!!!...." 😂
Idk why, but that particular Elk bull at 3:03 had the most hauntingly beautiful calls I've ever heard!
Lol I clicked on that time stamp and immediately got Turk and JD singing for a T-Mobile ad. Truly beautiful
That was Awesome!!...they sure make themselves known don't they, 😂...Very impressive!!... thanks for sharing!! 🙂
Yes, we can hear them pretty much all day and night from miles away. It's pretty soothing actually! Thank you so much for your continued support MP!

Absolutely glorious! Breath of God!
Beautiful Elk.
one of the worlds best creatures.
3:52 what a beautiful place! Where is that? It looks like a painting, our scenery in Britain has nothing on that!
This is Alberta's Rockies. Thank You Jack!
@@WildlifeOnVideo Where I grew up. My heart is always there.
Incredible bulls!!!😀👍👍
Beautiful sounds. I love getting out there and calling them in the fall just to listen. Shame it only lasts less than a month.
Yum. Backstrap!
Elks out here sounding like wendigo
That’s what they’re based off of Iirc
Everybody out here calling this beautiful while my ears are just casually bleeding from the high pitch
A lot of people don’t like Taylor Swift, that’s for sure.
And then you have Moose with the “Hwahh” 😂
“Wah, Wah, Wah” - Every Bull Moose
Great video footage this is amazing.
Thank You Da Bear!
That one showing off it’s tongue work for the lady tho 🧐
Great Bugling.
I saw Bigfoot at 1:16!
I love elk
Thanks For the Wonderful Video!
Awesome! ❤️
I heard these animals on the weekend calling at 1am pitch black in Whistlers campground in Jasper National Park 10 fee5 from my tiny camper. Scariest thing I’ve ever heard.
Heard one about 20 minutes ago in Graham WA.
Guess they clear their nostrils out pretty well.

Love them! Thanks.
Bad ass as our Mother Nature gets
It’s Taylor Swift
Is that a reference to the meat canyon video 💀
How dare you but that name on these badass animals that’s very rude 😂
@@Fall0ut.Is_Best Not like it`s random.
@@Jeff.3 Yes.
Meanwhile a random tiktok youth is posting these boys as skinwalkers.
Thank you.
It was in the wendigo sound!
I love them
Weird question but are these bulges ok for sound effect uses? Can't find any other place that has such a variety of calls with such crsip and beautiful quality. Will give credit and all.
Sorry, we work very hard here and can't afford to do that for many reasons. Thank You for your understanding.
@@WildlifeOnVideo i understand, thanks for the quick reply!
Thank You!
Heard one this morning opening day archery
This is what happens when you spend 5000 years watching birds.
Majestic loins
Reminds me of the forest spirit from princess mononoke
I ho-NEEEEEE33333EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE xD
The echo did it..
My cat is not a fan
Where are these videos filmed ? Montana , Colorado, Canada?
We are in the Canadian Rockies. Thank You Shane!
Trail hunting camera ???
on my god this creatures are the ones who scream like a woman in the forest, sometimes they think it was a ghost it was an Elk doing a mating call.
I'm just tryna know if I'm making the right sound with my call
1:02 I didn't know Taylor Swift can lift her nostrils
😂
That is not a reindeer...
2:44 is this a Roosevelt or a small Rocky Mountain? I can't tell
They are large here, considered Roosevelts, but technically, they are said to only exist on our West coast we believe. Thank You!
Based On The Large Body And Smaller Antlers, I’d Say A Roosevelt. Definitely In The More Eastern Parts Of Their Range, Though.
@@WildlifeOnVideo That’s interesting, thank you!
@@the.mr.schrader I was thinking the same too. Thank you!!
How did you get such clear footage of Alastor?
I can do this with a straw
2:22
There’s all kinds eh. Seems you could just mess up your calls all day and they’re still passable 🤷🏻♂️
They call for wolves , want to be eaten.
Elk
