I'm confused on the math. Her subscription is $40/month but her LTV per customer is $2,300. $2,300 LTV divided by $40 is 57 months (which is almost 5 years). But she also says her average customer subscribes for 24 months. Conflicting data

Hmmm I know she does have higher packages than that, so maybe that’s how? I think $40 is her absolute lowest…
Aside from that, we were at “SubSummit” in June and what we gathered is that the average LTV of a subscription box is between $800-$1,200. The outliers were higher, but that’s more realistic!

That was her original amount. She now has $49, $64, and $74 (Framed! The Monogram Box). I think the $74 is the most popular, although the numbers still don’t add up with that amount. Maybe she adds the postage that people pay? That would be another $10 per box. She also lets people add on things to their box. She also has another established box and a new one she just launched (not sure what their names are).
