DLC, did you know you can actually electrify the amban sniper rifle? If you hold it on top of the metal part in front of the trigger en press the spell use button, it switches to an elektro mode

I think the colour thing doesn't work on the scattergun because it's not a blaster, it shoots regular projectiles, so basically it's just a shotgun

By the way with the Kyber Crystal tool you can extend and shorten lightsabers. Hold the tool. Press the spell use button and the color coming from the tool will change.
The most customizable lightsaber is Ezra Bridger’s lightsaber. You can change the color of the lightsaber and blaster, it has triple phase, you can change the blaster to stun mode.
One of my favorite in the blaster category, is the Tusken hunting rifle! It feels just like a regular hunting rifle 👍✨

I love this breakdown. Really taught me a lot of features. Just a small tip tho. When you edit your videos I recommend "normalizing" your audio because sometimes your voice is really quiet and other times really loud. Normalizing it will make it so that your voice will stay around the same volume regardless of how loud you actually talk into the microphone. But I love your content and I love watching it and testing it out. Stay awesome! :)

The Stapler lightsaber is Ezra Bridger’s lightsaber from Star Wars rebels. It’s a really cool lightsaber, one of the first lightsabers with a blaster attached. One downside is that you have to turn the lightsaber off to use the blaster. Anyways, These are mods are so cool!!

I wish the outer rim would add a secondary Ezra blaster that forces you to disable the blade to use the blaster
@@DownloadableContent I know! One of my favorite lightsaber designs. Oh and there’s also a Lightsaber sniper in the comics where it’s used Kyber Crystals as ammo and shoots out of course lightsaber blades. It’s only good for a few shots before it gets melted by the energy. So many cool weapons in Star Wars

I just realized something about the blaster attachment of Ezra’s lightsaber. If someone were to take some inspiration from Ezra’s lightsaber, they’d probably do a thing where they replace the blaster with (what is essentially) a miniature railgun that is (possibly) powered by either a Jedi’s “Force Push” (by storing the power/force and using it to push the object from all sides to keep it inside, and will instantly direct all the force to the back of the object to send it flying at high speed with just the press of a button) or a strong Sith’s “Force Lightning” (by storing all/most-of the electricity into the lightsaber and said electricity will power electromagnets to keep the object inside, and will instantly send all the electricity to the electromagnets at the back and send the object flying at high speed while very likely destroying the user’s lightsaber after firing due to the strength).
I’d love to see a video about all the quality of life mods DLC has for B&S. Example being what dismemberment mod and mods that make the NPC’s more durable and stuff like that. They Ricky’s seem to die so quickly in my game
That’s called Sectory it’s really cool and you can completely adjust all the settings. Also, if you get sectory I recommend getting HuJohnner’s Mod Configuration bc you can go even deeper and change the json files from the book in game.
Do anybody know that the 7:49 Lightsaber tool have different function other than removing crystal?

if you press the spell use button, it will change color
Yellow - Remove crystal
Red - Decrease the Energy blade size
Green - Increase the Energy blade size
Blue - Reset to Default size

My favorite lightsaber(s) has to be Maul's Broken Lightsaber. You can connect two of them together for a dual wielding and break them off. It's a really interesting idea and being able to surprise your enemies by breaking your blade in two and stabbing them with it is too fun. Also, if you folks haven't, check out the Jedi Killer lightsaber, the design alone is amazing.

For Ezra bridger's lightsaber (the staple looking lightsaber) if you hold the top of the outer hilt and press the trigger it changes to stun .

Love the video! Are you using a dismemberment mod in this video? I haven’t played B&S in a bit but I’d like to get back in. I’m sure all of the mods I used are out of date.
FUN FACT! I just found this out, you can now CLIMB with lightsabers!
1.)Put a lightsaber in each hand (Reverse grip Starkiller style)
2.) Activate the blade of the lightsaber you wish to climb with and stab the wall at a downward angle
3.) Deactivate and reactivate both lightsabers as you climb.
So the order goes
1.)stab wall at downward angle with Lightsaber 1
2.)pull on lightsaber one still stabbed into wall
3.)stab lightsaber 2 into wall above lightsaber 1, deactivate lightsaber 1, repeat steps 1 and 2 with lightsaber 1.
So on and so forth. It gets finicky the higher you go BUT its fun once you figure it out. I did it on canyon to get to the other spawn book without taking the ramps.

Hey Drifter! Just wanted to point out that there are 2 Dual bladed lightsabers; Cal Kestis and Darth Mauls, that can be separated and put back together.
Pretty sure asajj ventless also has a lightsaber like that.

The scattergun isn't a blaster ^^ It's quite litterally a pump shotgun, that's why it doesn't change color with the power cell: it shoots metal!

Are you able to turn the battle music/wave music off or even lower it but still hear in game sound effects
Did you know you can use the screwdriver to adjust the lightsaber length? Just press down the spell use button and you see the screwdriver change to, green, red and blue, and just simply tap at the top of the lightsaber, you can get a ridicously long lightsaber
I really hope you can make another essential mods video for Star Wars mods for U11. I'm not entirely sure what works with TOR mod with the new update.

Most of this stuff has been in The Outer Rim mod for a long time. Glad to see some new additions to the collection tho. One of the best mods for B&S for a long time and frankly should be made an official add-on to the base game since its practically a staple for the community.
Adding onto this, I don’t think it would be that good for the game theme, but it could be like a free dlc, that says like community made dlc or whatever

@@AnakinSkywakka same. Saber AI needs fixed though. I tried to spawn in a 1v1 saber AI and it just kept spawning hundreds of them at once.

Your videos are awesome and very helpful! I would really appreciate it if you would do a breakdown of Sectory u11 because it is kind of hard to understand, but without it the enemies are too easy to kill. also any other gameplay or realism enhancers you recommend for u11 would make another great video
I wasn't really planning on downloading the Outer Rim because I'm not really a Star Wars fan, but I'll admit, the jetpack and *non* lightsaber melee weapons are pretty tempting. And even the chargeable blasters, not for the blasters *themselves* , but for the fact that in them, I see the possibility of someone making a *Metroid* pack with all the different variations of Samus's power suit for the player to wear, space pirates to fight via the Custom Avatar Framework now that that's back, and all the different variations of Samus's *arm cannon* to use as a *weapon* ; as Metroid is one of the very few *pure* sci-fi series I actually *enjoy* , *that's* a mod I'd download before you could even finish *blinking* , *especially* if it came with its own *dungeon* to run through, which ended with you boarding Samus's *gunship* !

DLC, for some reason every time I play with the outer rim mod my map stops working, any idea why this happens?
Does anyone know about optimization of the game? I'm running it on a Valve Index (90 FPS) with a 5700XT and a Ryzen 5 3600 and I'm getting massive CPU load when more than 1 enemy is present and active. It seems to have something to do with the physics because it gets a tiny bit better when I set the physics setting to "low".
MSAA is already deactivated, weapons and bodys are turned down to 1, texture quality is medium.
I'm talking about vanilla, it gets even worse when installing mods. Even re-installing the game (folder in "My Games" also deleted) didn't help.

Does anyone think the person who made the mod for the Star-Wars blasters could/might make a toggle-able, easily-accessible setting that increases the accuracy? If not for the NPC’s, then maybe just for the player?

Warpfrog just dropped the SDK files for U11 so you can expect a new outer rim update coming soon with blaster weilding NPCs

Blaster ai was the primary reason as to why I got into The Outer Rim. Fighting with lightsabers is cool and all, but come on, man, there's nothing more satisfying than attempting to survive order 66.

The problem youre currently having with sectory is a sectory causded issue. you actually have to change some stuff in the config as enemy health is set wayyy too high
was never a really big fan of star wars ever but i gotta say this mod has had me messing around with it for hours straight

The ones I can tell or know is Sectory ( live longer and don’t die when they lose a limb, I personally recommend for lightsaber combat at like 3k health ) and Zandatsu for being cut in half, just read the Zandatsu mod it’s kinda important

I am really annoyed with an issue. I can't scroll down the weapon book. How can I fix this? If I can't scroll it down I can't use The Outer Rim items :(
