Because it has horror elements, you know... stuff involving Satan, demons, and Hell?
It's a comedy with horror elements kinda like Stay Tuned, which also dealt with Satan and television.

I went into the scrubby sock looney bin not too long ago for suicidal thoughts, and when I’m there in the rec room they showed this movie. If I didn’t want to kill myself before I’ll tell ya what showing me this movie made their care decent 😂😂😂
