Effort-saving tip, don't pre-cook the pasta. Just add extra water to the sauce and bake for a bit longer. I never pre-cook pasta for bakes and it always comes out great.
Hey, I have signed up using your offer, I was using strong and freeletics before. I really think it is a great app, probably the best I have tried so far. I have some experience both working out and developing apps so here some feedback sort by importance: - When choosing your available equipment the options are not granular enough. They are not bad, however, I have dumbells, bands, barbell and a pullup bar and I think the only options that fit my kit is the dumbbell and barbell, but this leaves out the pull-up bar. - The screen locks while the app is open, which is annoying and when this happen the ping alert for rest periods sometimes does not sound (even more annoying) - Workout manual changes do not persist. Because of the previous point about the pull up bar, I changed manually the dumbbell pullover for pull-ups, however, when the app creates the workout again it keeps suggesting the dumbbell (understandably because of my kit choice). This would not be a problem if I could choose the pull up bar as part of the available equipment for the app top prepare my workouts.

I love mince, I’ve heard it’s the whey version of a steak, easier and faster to digest, word of warning though, I was eating 500g or more a day on a mass phase and started to get really sore joints, especially my knees, as soon as I switched to chicken for a bit it all went away.
Yo joe, I have the app I was just wondering if it tells me to do 30kg for 4 sets of 14, it wants me to maintain 14 reps for all sets, but when I push hard my reps drop off from 14 to 9 over the course of 4 sets, especially on isolations. Is this me doing something wrong? Cheers joey d
You can put it in the fridge... you shouldn't put it in the freezer. And when I say shouldn't, you totally can, it will just be mushy by the time it's defrosted because when you freeze things with high water content, they expand and it changes the structure.
Depends if you have skin-on and how you cook them. But basically nobody has to be low enough fat that they can't eat chicken thighs (provided you account for it)
They all look great but the calories would be useful, when they arent included i just instantly think the calories are super high and head straight to cronometer, extra steps are annoying.

45 kg is low so bulk but try lean bulking,clean food and prioritise protein lift heavy get your steps in .i was your weight too and skinny fat now 60 kg.good luck.

The issue is found with meal prep is you really cant go healthy and have a lot of vegetables and leafy greens as well as a lot of fiber unless you add beans to every single recipe
