McCoy 60 Sparky Running

Running of a McCoy 60 spark ign engine. I always run my old spark ign engines with a soft ign setting and fat on the fuel mix. I use OEM recommended fuel mix, not modern fuel mixtures.
This one is running just over 10,500rpm, first reading had the tacho on 4 blade instead of 2 blade. After mixture change was running between 9000 and 10000 rpm.
