If you live in the san francisco CA area, Patrick Makuakane has a halau and teaches there. He is very active in the dance community & presents a yearly show. He has often been a judge for the SF Ethnic Dance Festival. He usually has guest musicians for his yearly show & combines modern dance forms with Hula. Inspiring guy.
