This property looks like a hipster caught in mid-transition between an abstract and a pop artist during renovation. And 32 acres is no longer a single family home; it's a town with its own zip code. With that said I'd DEFINITELY buy it if I had the cash. 🤙

You'd have to either go in and finish making it modern or finish making it original, but it seems like it's not really any particular style as it is. Some people might like the "war" between the old and the new. While there is a place for everything it's just not my style.
Well if you have almost $14 million I don’t think taxes would be an issue. And if you have free healthcare and good roads and schools then you can understand where your taxes go. 🇨🇦
The county/city housing tax would bankrupt just about anyone. The American regime deceptively calls it "property taxes" so that you fail to make the connection and fail to realize that failure to pay the annual housing tax bill can make you homeless. Housing should not be taxed. You have a right to a home without government encroachment.
