Hi, thanks for sharing the recipe. I'd tried today but the baking time is insufficient. After baking temperature 160c , the cake was still a batter. Then I turn the temperature to 180c then it's starting to cook with aroma. Unfortunately the bottom it's a bit moist. Top surface looks soft and fluffy. Please comment my mistakes. Thanks

The ideal temperature depends on the individual oven. Use top and bottom heat with the fan to ensure even cooking.
