One thing I liked about US is no domestic help. I was forced to do all the work so while many friends complained about lack of help , I quietly enjoyed it.
Having a school going checklist for each kid on a slate or laminated paper or a board, can eliminate you asking them every morning if they packed this or that.

I hv posted Sambhar in many of my vlogs n thought people will skip it so didn’t shoot d whole recipe ma…yes we all liked brown rice….a checklist again will b my task to check n ask n rewrite adding 2 my normal schedule….I tried dis whn Vismaya started full day schooling but did nt work out…but it’s a very gud idea 4 new moms with school going kids n toddlers at home….as usual enjoyed reading n replying to ur comment ma….4got but as u said without hvg a maid is an enjoyment in its own way….apna kaam Karo apna khana kao….cos most of d time our life revolves around d maid n her schedule rather than ours….so thanks a lot ma👍😊

Regarding checklist : I meant a standard typed version. No rewriting. Well, checklists always worked the best for me, hence the suggestion.
Yes we have to fall in line with the helper's schedules which is no help at all. Not showing up, and even after showing up doing shoddy work - too many problems than help.
