Hey Dylan. Really glad you liked the suggestion. Having seen The Prodigy ~10 times, they are absolutely incredible live. They would play stadiums and large festivals to 100K + people and everyone would be totally down. The cool thing about them is that they are not your typical "electronic" band, or "rave" band; They are SO heavy. They bring an entire band on stage with them, as you saw with drums, guitar, and heavy, heavy beats. We're about to go down the Prodigy rabbit hole, as there is so much good content to explore. This is just a taste of just how heavy they are.
The prodigy fans are ever faithful. Go to a gig now and it’s rammed full of people in their 40s and 50s still raving like loons. As well as the newer gen of course
im from Grozny came to USA in 2008 then went back for their original red square show and all others including this one i think this was on the take me to the hospital tour. ive been a fan since jilted generation and such. rest in peace Keith Flint we love and miss you
The prodigy es una banda fundamental, es parte de la historia de la musica moderna.. si no fuera por ellos las cosas serian muy distintas al dia de hoy, enormes!
Prodigy absolutely rules, I was in love with them in the early 90's when I was about 13 or 14 when they were more like dance music and Kieth was just a dancer for the group, he looked completely different with really long hair and baggy clothes, then Firestarter music video dropped revealing Kieth's new look like you saw in this video (extreme punk) his extreme change of look for Firestarter was one of the most memorable moments in my life and they just evolved from there and in late 2000's they just got even heavier, easily the most energising music of all time just like a drug and you can always see that effect in Kieth in the live shows, in my mid 40's now and still completely obsessed with the legend Kieth Flint.
The drumline in the EP/LP/official video version has been sampled from Basel (Switzerlands) based group "Top Secret Dum Corps". Founded in 1991, they had their big breakout when they got invitrd for the 2003 Edinburgh Military Tattoo and have been invitrd there over and over. Their success birthed the Basel Military Tattoo in 2006 that has grown up to becoming one of the biggest Tattoo on the planet. Liam Howlett from Prodigy is a fan of the group and asked them for permission to use their material for that song back in 2014/15
Love the Prodigy, amazing live act but hope you go back to the beginning of The Prodigy and check their first album that started their rise. The Prodigy Experience.
Продиджи очень любят в России. В 2017м был на их концерте в Уфе! И вот примерно такая же дичь там была. А звук это вообще моё почтение! Земля пухом Кит Флинт 🤘🏼
I saw an interview once where Corey Taylor was asked what artist he would consider having Slipknot collaborate live with. His answer... Prodigy. You should check out the fashion show they played for mtv back in the 90s.
The Prodigy are the ultimate crossover between Dance music and Metal. I've seen them headlining Download Festival in the UK, which is essentially a Metal festival and they absolutely slayed it in front of 80 odd thousand Metal heads. Awesome live act, RIP Keith.
@circulation69: I was also there at Download. I have also seen them at Rock am Ring, Creamfields, and opening for Linkin Park, not to mention their own headlining shows. You are right; they are the ultimate crossover band. They became cool for metalheads to get into, and you would also see a lot of punks and bikers too. So you would have a very diverse crowd at their shows.
Hey Dylan, my two favorite parts of the reaction video: 1) The face you make when you see the guy in the creepy costume dancing. 2) Your wife when she says, I KNEW IT, I KNEW IT, I JUST KNEW IT, and then starts dancing and jamming. Oh, and to answer your question, this was 2016. Great video reaction!!!!

Should really react to more Prodigy now ! Just do the big songs, live or not. It's the one group that's loved by dance-techno/rock-metal fans alike.
I’m proud to be part of the jilted generation

The funny part is this is one of their more layed back relaxed songs
