@@robynNrylee I grew up going on Splash Mountain at least 20-30 times a year, so I've been on it a few times. My favorite part was the tonal shift from the jovial 1st act to the foreboding slow crawl up the mountain before you take the final climactic plunge. This new version has absolutely zero build up. Additionally, Splash Mountain was based on folktales told by black American slaves, one of the only representations of African American culture in Disney theme parks. The Princess and the Frog was written by two white males. Any questions?
