For me, David is one of the best singers not only because of his voice, but also because of the way he knew how to work with it and the emotion he put into it and the colour. When I listen to this band I hear a geyser of great music that leaves you in no doubt. Hello David from Czech Republic, that's just outside of Ukraine.
I greet you and I believe in the victory of your heroic people, I know that you are going through the most difficult moments and I hope that Israel will now join your support.@@ВиталийЦипачевский
David Lee Roth ? Honest ? 😃 I see DC more as entertaining than honest. All the stories...😎 Probably honest in private, thoug. A fantastic singer & voice, yes.🙏😇❤️ @@sheabobiney8114
Ran into you at a sandwich shop years ago while I was doing floors at a Tahoe residence. Never said hi, but the biggest rockstar I have ever seen in public.
The best part of this QT was to hear that you will be releasing the 1983 Monsters of Rock live concert in the coming future. One of the first videos I had along with California jam when I was 14 & since that day you’re my favorite vocalist ever. Being from Lebanon I never had the chance to see you live (& maybe never will). So I will cherish every live concert video I have of yours & especially the live at Donington. Cheers Mr. Coverdale
David thank you very much for your dedication and love for the fans,i had the plesure of seing you live several times with White snake, and meeting Adrian Vandenberg and spend two hours with him talking about music and you guys were very special.
Great David! I was at the first Rock in Rio. I traveled from São Paulo to Rio (600 km) to see Whitesnake (only Whitesnake). Come back after the show, without having slept and without having seen the following shows (Iron Maiden, I think, and Queen). It was worth it, of course. My question is: do you remember the moment when your microphone failed and you continued to sing anyway, at the top of your lungs? That was Rock'n'Roll, man. And I will never forget.
Very much glad to know that Monster of Rock 83 is in your plans to release. Thank you very much. Waiting here anxiously. Cheers and always, thank you so much for the soundtrack. Always listening to this day but I can't even imagine my 80's without your music from Purple tô Whitesnake.
I bought Deep Purple Stormbringer in 1974, it jumped on The Gypsy. I pressed down on the tone arm to fix it lol. Still got the LP. Thanks David, long may you live because you are a true Soldier Of Fortune. Great songs and great memories. Love this chat. Dio's guitar players just wanted to be Snakes lol. Ronnie was such a nice guy, I'm glad you two got on, but business is business lol. Top Drawer. Love it. Cheers Tony
Whitesnake, one of my top favorites for sure. I knew Ronnie, we are from the same small town in Central, NY, Cortland. He actually got me into doing what I did for about 50 years. Being a 'roadie', then lighting and finally, stage manager.
David Coverdale...G.O.A.T. of Rock. I became his fan when I was 13 years old, when I heard Ain't Gonna Cry No More (from Ready An' Willing). Today I'm 56 years old and I've only heard (among so many incredible vocalists) Jorn Lande and Dino Jelusick as his "heirs" to his position as the greatest of all time. Any possibility of one last show in Brazil, and especially reuniting with the best bass player in the WS, Neil Murray, as well as John Sykes (at least as a guest) and Aynsley Dunbar on drums? In my humble opinion, the best lineup in WS history. God bless you, greatest of all time! Hug from your fan 43 years ago!
Listening to David Coverdale talk about his music and career reveals an absolutely invigoratingly inspired master of his craft. He has such an incredibly uplifting and charged personality, even after all of the years on the road, and in the sometimes obscene business of music. He maintains his voice in a way that so many vocalists were unable. His voice and presence while performing is the stuff of legends.
Divni ste, jednostavno! Vaše pesme, način na koji govorite je fascinantan! Želim Vam još mnogo kreativne energije kako u muzici, tako i u životu! Dobro zdravlje i radosti. Velike pozdrave i poljupce dobijate iz Serbia! ♥️🥰🍀🌞🥰😊
David...Mr. Coverdale, I became a Whitesnake fan in the mid '80s. I was around 18-19 years old at the time. I remember trying to introduce your music to my mom at the time. I made my mom watch your video "In the Still of the Night". I was so obsessed 😊 I told my mom "I want to run my fingers through his hair" ❤ Needless to say, my mom was not too impressed ❤ I am now 59 years old. I have followed you from your days with Deep Purple until now. Keep on rocking 😎
You look so handsome! I saw you in Tacoma, Washington, Whitesnake is my favorite concert ever! Thank you so much for this time here on you tube! Be Good and enjoy your beautiful life. 🥰
Brilliant 9 mins 40 seconds. I've been a fan since the 70's. We're the same age so both getting older these days but I'm a happy camper and getting on with life, as are you. Subscribed to watch more QT with DC 🥰 Age is a privilege not a right 🥰
David carries that very unique & impressive voice which resonates with guitars to defeat any form of music; blessed guy; made the best music in our teens at Whitesnake; brought so much life to listening songs like Here I go again & still of the night❤❤
The best Singer of Rock n roll history with Axel Rose for me in my Life they have the same musical importance and influence for my music the music I adore
I wonder what DC's favourite song is that he's ever recorded. I think mine would be Burn, due to the energy, tempo and sheer perfection of the performance from a revitalised band with someone so raw to the industry. It still sounds stunning and fresh today, 50 years later.
It's really sad Google his name and looked through some of the pictures I honestly had to investigate to see if he was trance or something some of the pictures on Google look like a straight-on woman full makeup earrings everything very strange @@geneatsb
Deeply,, monsters of rock 90 slip of the tongue tour is absolutely the pinochle of wat 80s 90s meatal, hair metal was and then the decline. Not because that it wasn't good anymore but that times were changing..... music and young people were changing. The grunge scene had changed what everyone wanted but after about seven to 10 years the crunge seen had changed and a lot of us older older metalheads wanted the hair metal back. Everybody that hate hair metal wanted to die and never did it took a Hiatus and now it's back stronger than ever
Obviously my phone did not record that correctly everybody loves hair metal that's why it has came back as strong as it has. We love WS we love our metal!!!
I believe what I saw was the original Whitesnake open for Jethro Tull at the Nassau Coliseum on Long Island in NY. Loved the live album that came from that and followed The Snake ever since. I actually liked you guys more than Tull that night and I am a huge Jethro Tull fan. Thank you for years of absolute joy, David. Looking forward to the next thing!! Keep it coming!
Been to see whitesnake four times , loved seeing them live fantastic, first time was in Manchester Apollo with my sister, who loved whitesnake to, so glad we went to see them together as I lost my sister, a few years ago, thanks for the memories 💗
He sounds like a radio DJ. What a voice he has even speaking, nevermind the singing. I thought he was a bit of a poser in the 80's when I was more into the heavier struff. Of course he is a poser, one of the best ever, but he is a proper rock n roller and amazing singer and songwriter. What a legend. Respect.

Love this guy. First time seeing him was on the Slide It In tour 1983 with Sykes, Powell and Murray. They opened for Dio with Y&T Cal Expo Sacramento, Ca.
Hello Mr Coverdale!!! How are you today??? I'm good. I hope you are. I'm a big fan of white snake since I was a teenager. Really love your music...really love you. Thanks for all that beautiful music. Sincerely, Ssgt. Nicole R. Andrews.
It is bizarre. Google his name and look at some of the pictures it's even more bizarre looking like he's legit trying to look like a woman in some of them
David, WS should never quit. It should never retire. Just find other members to keep it going. I can sing and/or play drums. Think about it. WS never dies.
David needs his own talk show. His delivery is outstanding.
Whitesnake is a legendary band, David is a legendary voice! I'm only 17 years old and I love your music! Rock'n'roll forever!!!
