For real, having watched "Shin Ultraman" recently, with its polished metallic Bet Capsule, I'd love to see a Spark Lance toy with the prototypes' metallic look instead of the usual blatantly toy-like colours.
So that explains why Kengo is Dark Trigger and why he has similar powers to Yuzare. He is basically an existence thats the closest to her. Also, im kinda stickler for the shows i watch to keep a consistent and convincing tone but this show taught me to appreciate the fun things so i actually enjoyed this episode a lot.
The opening scene of Marluru in the dark background and the scene in 19:43 is a tribute to the Furuhata Ninzaburō detective TV series. Marluru suspicion of the murderer is someone from the crewmates on the spaceship is similar to most of the plots in the Furuhata Ninzaburō series, where the murderer is someone associated with the victim. Masakazu Tamura, the actor of Furuhata Ninzaburō passed away on 3 april 2021. This episode is a tribute to one of the great detective in japanese television history.

24:55 the best scene in this episode. Runa-chan is so cute and beautiful with the ponytail on. The whole “smile, smile” message should be her instead of the protagonist, like come see her smile when episode 1 airing, I went on IG to follow her immediately. Also Ribut in suit looks exciting. Z should be saved up for movie but the story did follow up smoothly after he cameo so no complaints and Ribut should be a easy to follow. Hope Hiroshi (Diago) can be a part of Trigger since J&A are letting things loose up a bit. Ultra galaxy fight S3 need to clean up some mess or the show will start going down the slope when this is the 2nd Ultra show I enjoyed in the last 10 years (Z being 1st obviously).

When time came to take the Eternity core he created Kengo(who was nameless at the time) from this light and took the ancient Sparklence from Yuzare using its power along with the Eternity Core to purify and enchance his inner light leading to his Ultraman Multi type form. This led to Sky Type and Power Type being created as well but they were felled with their powers being sealed inside the stone tablet and Trigger nearly being destroyed if not for Yuzare lending him more power from the Eternity core which Trigger used to seal not only Carmaera’s group but himself as well just in case his inner darkness takes over again like we saw before. 30 million years later he would create Kengo again but this time to be raised by a human woman so his inner light could grow more than what it was before. Then of course we have the current timeline where Kengo goes back in time learns what happened and fuses with his past self and comes back to the present to destroy his inner darkness….or at least he tries too but Ignis seems to have other plans for that power.
