Yes. id say if you want it for like a pocket music player, camera or caller then yes. by the way i saw the creators comment yes you can adjust the volume. by using the hashtag button. Its very worth it its adorable! Without an SIM card its useless.

I think what i've heard is you need a 4G sim card from T Mobile or something for it to work.
I don't have one, but i kind of want to get one.
