I decreased my rounds and fell down This medicine example is perfect Earlier i did 10 rounds a day and there were no lusty desires at all And when i decreased it to 6 I fell down 😞
I have tried krishna conciousness for 24 days and believe me there is maybe no other way to liberate yourself from this boundness of lust other than krishna. In the beginning of my journey i was even getting much more lustful thoughts in comparison to before but i did not stop my devotion for krishna i kept chanting his name everyday 216 time i had started reading geeta for half an hour and believe me it has decreased my lust and converted it as a devotion for krishna i do not know how it works i am not much religious but believe me just control yourself for 1 month and render your all sexual energy in the service of that almighty you only will get your answer by yourself

As ur bhakti will strengthen, sattvic guna will increase and lusty desires will also fade gradually to a point that it will no longer bother u.. This happened with me also. So don't lose hope.
