I just randomly found this Video, glad you enjoyed your stay. greetings From Einbeck if you ever come back i highly recommend the PS.Speicher museum in Einbeck. It has the world's largest collection of German motorcycles, as well as vintage cars, and shows the development of transport.
And also the Depots of PS Speicher is well worth a visit. I have only been to the Depot Automobil and the main museum. They also have depots for Trucks and bus, Kleinwagen (small cars) and Motorbikes. I also agree, the Einbecker Pilsner is excellent. I have stayed at a hotel outside of Einbeck. But will get a hotel in the city next time I visit. Looks very nice.

I found someone who is not interested in white Spargel!! I prefer Green Spargel. It has more flavour
Green spargel is far superior to the white spargel, at least given our experience. We'd be open to trying it again though!
