you do make sense, but i think you only really gave up on 75 hard because you went about it the wrong way
for starters, chugging a gallon right before bed is crazy💀. for me, i drank one glass of water every hour and it made it easier to deal with since it goes hand in hand with your day
the workout thing is something that im not sure about because you play footy so idk how much time you have on your hands. before i sleep i do an hour run and 2 hours for stretches and weighted exercises and apart from regular muscle soreness i still have enough energy for the day
these are just things that made it easier for me, if you ever want to try it again and prove to yourself that youre not a bitch :p maybe try these as well. good video bro

Thanks man, and yes I definitely went about it wrong 😂. Appreciate the tips. I’m going to do it in the future when my time frees up a bit.
My main point from this video is that these protocols like 75 hard are great, can be helpful, but people should customize them to their liking as long as they are still pushing themselves. I might not do 2 separate workouts a day, but stretching + a 2 hour training session might be exactly what I need. I do think a lot of people need that rigidity though or they’ll slack off. Thanks for the comment!
