Sorry if I come off as mean here, but people who say this don’t know ball. Gusto’s defensive quality is EXCELLENT, so putting him up front almost completely wastes that utility. Furthermore, if you bench Sterling and directly replace him with Gusto, even worse because Gusto is not even nearly as effective on the left (Where Sterling usually plays), might I say even BAD, as we saw when Poch experimented with that earlier this season.

Jackson still waste a lot of them but manages to score a few goals because the chances they create for him are just too many,
Imagine if the team lacked that creativity and only created few chances then Jackson waste them, hw many goals would he have
Thats too much, if it was a more clinical striker that is very good in the air, movement, positioning and composed the syriker would have scored very many goals already with such players around him for sure
