Glad to see you got some rain. Luckily, you didn't get as much as some of our towns here in Missouri got yesterday. We're looking at more showers today and tomorrow. Stay safe, good looking fields.
I honestly don’t know what to say other than how much I enjoyed seeing all your hard work blessed by the beautiful rain you got. I love sharing this with my grandchildren and friends so they can see some of what it takes to put food on the table. Thank you for taking the time and put it all together and share it with us.
Pretty interesting to see both your and Laura's perspective of the same event released on the same day. Please tell me there was a friendly daddy vs. daughter competition to see who could get a quality video edited and ready to release first. You two are awesome. Always appreciate the videos and the look into life in NE.
Where has the time gone? You've (or the seed company's contractors) have already cut the tassels off of the corn I see? Great drone video there! Also the music that you had selected was great too! Kept it in time with the grinder and conveyor starting up! This video reminds me of one of my favorite quotes from one of my favorite movies "Oh Brother Where Art Thou"? The prison guard AKA "The man with no eyes" saying: "Sweet, summer rain. Like God's own mercy." Nice video as always Cale! Nice to see Ethan in them and also commenting! You have such a wonderful family and you rock! :-)
That grinder is fast, seems like those bale yields are small, in final form. Grinding of corn stalk, looks like ground coffee bean yielding. 19:41 - The running water here is music to the ears. One might hear the sound of rushing water in the mountains, but not running through your farmland. 👍
Maybe Laura can have some fun like in the arcade game and use the "Claw" to pick up a army truck and move it to one side then pick up a 6x6 truck and do the same. Next Grant will pickup say a new pickup truck and move it : )
Love the rain ! ...... we are really feeling the drought here in Southwest Missouri. I have a question, when was the last locust swarm you or your dad have on memory?
Always enjoy learning something new (many things actually), from your vlogs. Happy you got the much needed rain too. Stay blessed! 😎 P.S. How do you only have one pair of rain boots? Ha!
Good content...videos are getting more watchable...still a lot of backwards cameras...not sure what causes that..just annoying... Hooray for the rain !!!
That happens when hay is put up too wet and it heats up. This was so dry it will benefit from the rain, and the juice from the chopped corn they will put on top of it will preserve it by fermentation.
I can answer on why you try so hard at farming 🤔 probably because what is planted is your investment and income. If crops fail your investment and Wallet will feel it.
That's a Good Amount Of Rain !!
Keep Smiling On!!
😀👍👊
Rise and grind! It's for the cows. They can probably smell it... they know what's up.
beautiful rain
Awesome drone footage. We had heavy rain over the weekend some gusty winds as well here in NH. Thanks for posting🇺🇸👍
You are blessed this year. Irrigation when it doesn't rain and then you get some flooding from the rain. Have a great harvest. 😊
Great video, nice descriptions of what is happening & why.
Outstanding
Can't beat a Mighty Giant tub grinder.
Fantastic video Cale !!!! Loved it !!! We are about to get that rain here !!! Hope it brings the temps down !!
Enjoyed the video. Thanks!

Always nice with a video from you. Interesting that the same farm from two different perspectives (you and your daughter).🇸🇪
Thanks 👍

If you can, when you show the water in the rain gauge it also shows the units of liters. For european people its easier. 😃😃
and you got rain coming your way also

I wonder where the water in the whirlpool was going!
There's so much that could be said about this video, but... The raw emotion at 14:22 and 16:42 says it all. Thanks for sharing!
I could feel/sense that too. Cale knows to realize and appreciate God's blessings, his family and he is humbled by them.
great vid
Wish we would have such rain in Germany
Every time we have them guys grind it rains.🤬 😂
Luckily the wind was in a good direction. Could be a miserable job otherwise for those not in an AC'd cab.

Crocks and socks rule !! Lol
Well done. ... If you use your selfie cam - you need to mirror the video afterwards. It was confusing.

Heard you had a couple earthquakes. I'm in southern California.

Very interesting I quite enjoyed this presentation good work.(:=()
Where is all the water going ? ... Do you have retention ponds ? ...
Don't bother with the pivots today, I think it's going to rain like a "muther"... ⛈🌩🌨🌧💧

I've heard there can be combustion issues with hay. Is that a concern and how do you manage that? Great videos, thanks

Those couple of bales didn't seem to have their wrapping taken off..... is that normal
mailroad is?
You could use some level gravel to " hide" that muddy yard.
Why did you unwrap some bails before grinding and some you did not?
pronounce your surname please.
