- I will build a wooden house to make myself a workshop. Wood tiny house .This house will be a wooden hut in the form of a tiny house. Stage 2
Floor:
I made my main frame with 3 planks of 10x10 6 meters in length and 2 planks of 10x10 4 meters in length. I supported the stretch areas with planing planes. When I was sure of its balance, I fixed it with 5.0x9 cm 24 screws. I had half a liter of walnut colored wood protector. I mixed it with thinner and applied it. Later, I set my circular saw to a height of 5 cm and set it so that my 6-meter-long 10x10 planks and 4-meter-long 5x10 planks will be carved / reamed and interlocked. And I rubbed the remaining walnut-colored wood protector on the spots I damaged. I fastened each other with 60 5.0x9 cm screws, two at each point of the joints of the places I carved. I mounted the upper part to the 126 plug-in baseboard with 882 3.5x40 cm screws.

Key point knowledge 1 = I looked at the stretching of the boards I first carved and I was convinced that the work was progressing in a healthy way. I gave a 52 cm gap and put a wooden board on it and I decided that it was suitable for it.
Key point information 2 = If you calculate the height of your floorboard and know the starting and ending places, you will make the grid you laid at the bottom accordingly, and you will not make an extra effort.
Key point knowledge 3 = I did not need to make a plug-in system and lay the base board, extra braces, L irons, triangles.
Tip info 4 = I suggest that you choose your working planks at most three meters. the longer parts are more prone to stretching. Working with short boards and making grills will get a better job.
Pine Planks are baked.

Tamamen terazisinden emin olduğumda 5.0x9 cm 24 vida ile sabitledim.Elimde yarım litre ceviz renkli ahşap koruyucu vardı.Tinerle karıştırıp sürdüm. Daha sonra daire testeremi 5 cm yüksekliğe ayarlayıp hem 6 metre uzunluğunda 10x10 kalaslarımı hem 4 metre uzunluğunda 5x10 kalaslarımı oyup/kerttirip birbirine geçecek şekilde ayarladım. Ve zarar verdiğim noktalara elimde kalan ceviz renkli ahşap koruyucudan sürdüm. Oyduğum yerlerin birleşim noktalarından her noktaya iki tane gelecek şekilde 60 tane 5.0x9 cm vida ile birbirlerine tutturdum. Üst kısmı 126 tane geçmeli taban tahtasına 882 tane 3,5x40 cm vida ile montajı yaptım.

Püf nokta bilgisi 1 = ilk oyduğum tahtalarda esnemesine baktım ve işin Sağlıklı ilerlediğini kanaat getirdim. 52 cm Aralık verip üzerine tahta koyup üst tahta esnemesine baktım onunda uygun olduğuna karar verdim.Kapı giriş kısmına ayağın çok basılacağı yere doğru 46cm 44cm 42cm diye daralmaya gittim.Amacım esnemesini dahada azaltmaktı
Püf nokta bilgisi 2 = döşeme tahtanızın boyunu hesaplayıp başlama ve bitiş yerlerini bilirseniz altta döşediğiniz ızgarayı ona göre yapar ekstra bir çabaya girmemiş olursunuz.
Püf nokta bilgisi 3 = Geçmeli sistem yapmam ve taban tahtasını döşemem ekstra köşebentler L demirler üçgenler atmamı gerektirmedi.
Püf nokta bilgisi 4 = Çalışma kalaslarınızı en fazla üç metre seçmenizi önerrim. uzun parçalarının esnemesi yamukluğu daha çok oluyor. Kısa tahtalarla çalışıp ızgaralar yapmak daha iyi iş çıkmasını sağlar.
Çam Kalaslar fırınlanmıştır.
metreküpü 1500 den alınmıştır.

it is definitely suitable for you and the right settings with economical use. Isolation, toilet, bathing and many other things are needed.
As a carpenter of 50 years when I look at building I always try to make my frame so that it is the easiest way to insulate it and use materials in a way to best do this. I would have used foam to insulate this floor. And, would have installed it and the electrical at that point before I cover up the floor.
You are right and I respect you. This is a conservatory. Our friends will only be hosted on special occasions. Sometimes I will do my woodwork. The stove will be lit. And a thousand dollar budget will be used. An amateur like me does all of that. If you were my neighbor, I would invite you to dinner, tell you about my shortcomings at dinner, and be more careful in my next job.

Great job--only concern with those tire piers is the collection and holding of water against the wood foundation? I would put another 4x section of wood coated in copper green that could easily be replaced in the future
thank you. I have not yet experienced that the tires cause any problems. Constructing less concrete will make it easier for us to make changes in the future. we don't like concrete too much anyway :)
As a 15 year carpenter notching those beams reduce the strength while span is too big in between floor joist. Nail gun will save you some time. Thanks for the video. Hope to see more.
I cannot say that I will use more advanced techniques in the next house construction. but I will do different things. I will improve myself. I don't have a nail gun. Thank you for your comment.

1)Seçtiğin yer bir çukur.Etrafta en az 1 metre yüksekliğinde toprak var.Yağmur suları dolar içeri. Ayrıca da,topraklar kulübenin üstüne yıkılır.2)İçi çimento dolu lastikten temel direği olmaz.
Daha bir çok hata var ama bu ikisi zaten yeter,böyle bir işin olamayacağına…Yazık malzemelere ve emeğine…
Amatörüm zamanla gelişeceğiz inşallah. Bölgemiz aşırı kurak yağmur hiç kadar az yağıyor. Bir metrelik toprak kerbiç duvarımız dedem 70 yıl önce yapmış. 200 liraya anca bukadar temel atılır diye düşünüyorum. Daha düşük maliyet çıkarabilseydim ona yönelirdim. Yorumunuz için teşekkürler bir sonraki işi takip ediniz farklı bakış açıları getirmeye çalışcam.

The controversy about the beam notching aside. Instead of wooden shims you could use roofing shingles instead. Serve the same purpose and last much longer.
Yes, you are right, roof materials differ in price. this is the cheapest and easiest method I have used.
@@WoodWorkerenginbircan I mean just for shims. So just a couple pieces of roofing shingles to be used in place of the wooden shims you use to level the base. (I pull a couple pieces out of the dumpster)

The joinery beam and joist weakest part is 2-3 inches depending if you used 4 or 6 inch. Will not past north America building code.
You say you know you're ignoring a lot of construction rules. What could you do with $1200?
@@WoodWorkerenginbircan I would not use that type joinery. It has weaken your joints to the narrowest point, maybe by 50%. Now a 4x4 has the strength of a 2x4 and the joist 2x4 has the strength of a 2x2 etc.

Why did you file down the beams? With this you have weakened the span of the beam. It is better to lay the transverse lathing on top and fix it with metal corners. It is much faster, easier and more reliable.
I tried to lower the cost. There is no place to lose weight. I did not use a metal corner. I did the entire construction with a budget of 1200 dollars.
You go through the trouble of notching too much timber out then you don't pre drill holes for splitting on those notched areas.
Yes, you are right . We screwed the notched places to make it a little strong. we already stole a lot of material. We used some screws to make the structure a little more solid.

Adaş acızane fikrim artık yapılmişta duvarlara OSB kullansaydın hem işcilik kolay hemde daha ucuz olmazmiydi bıde hava sartlarına daha uygun olurdu ama böyle daha saglam olmuş ve garantisı var.
Adaş sağolasın. Ağaç olsun istedik. Kimyasala fazla girmek istemedik. Dediğin doğru çok kolay olurdu. Ama 3 kere yağmur yağdı üzerine videoların içinde var zaten. Osb olsaydı dağılırdı.

Great job mate. I’d love that build something like that myself.
A small word of advice,,, You really should use nails rather than screws for the framing part. Nails have a higher shear strength. Less chance than screws of snapping with house movement.
I doubt you have any problems. Just an extra piece of mind for the next build ;)

Depends on the type of screw. There are structural rated screws.

.no importa cuánto lo nivelé, no era perfecto. El desnivel, es decir el desnivel, lo resolví con trozos de madera. A la madera no le pasará nada mientras no entre en contacto con el suelo y el agua.
