I'm a follower of Christ and I find this song absolutely beautiful!!
Well I am a sikh from India. For everybody's knowledge, Sikhism is very different from Hinduism, and we worship our holy book: "Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji"
And coming to Snatam Kaur, her singing style is very different from the religious singer of Sikhism in India, but nevertheless very very beautiful. I listen to her all the time while working on my laptop!!

This UA-cam video was the method that Spirit used to awaken Itself within me (or at least to notify me that things were about to change from within). Thank you for allowing Spirit to use you to awaken Itself in others. There really is a profound power to this music. As an atheist at the time I saw this video for the first time - I should have stopped watching before it even began. By the time it was finished, I wanted what I saw in these people. I had no clue what any of it was but I knew that I wanted this in my life. From that time to this, Spirit has continued to direct my life. This music is such a warm homecoming for me. Thanks for the music. In thanks to you ( I was a bard in another life). Story: In my other life about 5 thousand years ago. I have been on the paths to Enlightenment for awhile. I was running on this mountain. I saw a large rock to my left, I thought there was more mountain behind the rock. I ran past it right off the cliff. I fell about 20 feet. I could not climb up or down I was badly hurt. My left femur was shattered with 6 inches sticking up in front. Blood everywhere. I thought this is so painful I should throw myself off the cliff to die. Human suffering. So instead I turned inward to myself my meditating life. I asked what can I do? I was crying hard now. My soul said to me I can heal it. I said Yes yes do it. My soul looked down at my leg and then flew out of my body and looked at the cliff and mountain and at my human suffering. Then my soul flew to the mountain to look at the stone I had run past. My soul then went back in time to me. About three days earlier while I was quiet listening...I got a vision memory of me laying off a cliff wounded in so much pain blood everywhere. I then saw the stone I ran past off the cliff. I was on the mountain three days later when I saw the stone I stopped running. I walked slowly to the Rock and looked past it. Sure enough there was a cliff and below it a shelf I backed up afraid. When I was safe I sat down to say my prayers: thanks to the souls who made my soul to fly. Thanks to the souls who taught me to meditate and to listen to my soul and receive visions. Thanks to me for being a good student of Healing.
