I can help bro download elgato software on your Mac , go to settings top right / sound / switch it from what it is to analogue instead of HDMI your sorted now brother

and the quality drops significantly *facepalm*. The image is wrapped to bad proportions. The screen is 1920x1080, so the vertical 1080x1920 which means height (1080px) of the original image must be stretched out to 1920px
