My first time in a Barnes and Noble, going secondhand bookshopping in a cute small bookstore and starting my first Patrick Rothfuss read: The Name of the Wind.

Just catching up with your videos.. Love this.. My Brother lives in Florida.. Cocoa beach. He loves it there.😊😊. I would be the same buying piles of books..hope you got them all in your suitcases..😅😅.
That sounds amazing! I’m glad you enjoyed the video🫣🤎🤎 And yes- luckily I managed to get all of the books into my suitcase😂🫡 It felt like solving a puzzle but in the end everything fit inside!

I have yet to read, The Name of the Wind. I have it on my shelf...you're making me want to pick it up though. Always curious what Europeans get excited about over here in the States. Haha I'm in New Hampshire. :)
It was so fun to get the “American experience “ hahahah. Do you know the “the european mind couldn’t comprehend” meme thingy where they show how big everything in America is? Thats literally how it felt hahah. Like- even going to Target was an event lmao. The Name of the wind is really nice tho! Its a slow read for sure, but i think the amazing writing makes up for it :)
@@Lilliofthevalley11 Haha! I hadn't really thought of that but that is pretty true! We do have large stores and such. I like how most things in Europe are more efficient than here I found. Wish we had more trains! They're talking about opening an old train track around my area. I'm all for that! We have all these old train tracks that could still be used. :)
Omg yes- thats really a crazy difference! Its so nice that you’re able to get to places without a car! Its so common to take the bus/ train or even walk here in Europe :) It’s crazy to see that everyone is driving everywhere in the states🫣 I suppose the difference is that we have to wait till we’re 18 to get our drivers license and then its really expensive and takes a lot of time haha
