Thank you for making this video, I hope it helps others. I’m not a female, but I can only imagine how scary of situation they could find themselves in. I think you did a great job of speaking your mind and giving your opinion, whilst stressing the fact that ultimately, it’s just an opinion and really the decision is hers to make (with counsel if she chooses). Awesome video!
Thanks Buck! I hope it helps too! I know how hard of a decision this can be for a female, the last thing they need is an internet filled with judgment, shaming, blaming and unhelpful opinions. 🤗's and ❣!!
You hit the nail on the head. EMPATHY is lacking everywhere, especially in politics. I also agree with your thoughts about the hypocrisy of caring about life, so intensely but only part-time. I can't imagine having to make that decision, I also have friends who have had to, and it's never easy (even when they decided to have the baby). It's a woman's burden, so men (again can have their opinions, and should be considered) but should not be the deciders of this right.
Hey Mikey! You made some excellent points in this video which I agree with. I applaud you for being your friends sounding board, listening with empathy, and giving an honest response. Great video albeit very personal. 🤗♥️ Quick edit: Please listen to the song The Lighthouse by Stevie Nicks. Very powerful. It fits in with this video.
Hey Brad! Thanks for the comment, and sweet words. Yeah, I love my friends and love being there for them in any way, makes me feel a lucky dude. I waited on my reply until I could sit and really watch the video. It definitely does fit with her story. Actually, I loved the song, thanks for the recommendation, I really felt the passion in her voice. Biggest 🤗’s and ❣️!!
I am one half of a two mom family with a daughter who is now 40, in UK. She is still a handful! I had an abortion when she was 11-ish and a handful. I knew I couldn't be a good mom to her with another child. I was working many hours and tired. I have never regretted it. I did it very early. Life gets messy and we have to work it out the best we can.
Hi Jean! Thank you so much for sharing your story. Yeah, life is definitely messy and complicated and individual. We should all have the right to direct our lives the way we see fit, without the governments input for sure. Oh, and correction, I believe I mentioned somewhere that a child is an 18-year responsibility. "She's still a handful". Thanks for reminding me that it actually never ends.. 😂🤣😂 Biggest 🤗's and ❣!!
Couldn’t agree with you more. This subject is about more than someone’s personal thoughts. It’s about allowing people to make the best choice for their own specific situation. It’s a hard decision to make and the last thing they need is to hear from someone’s judgement based opinions.
Exactly Eddie! It really isn't about what you would personally do, but about allowing people the freedom to make that decision for themselves. They are the ones who will need to deal with the aftermath of the decision (either way). Big 🤗's and ❣!!
