Seems like a variation of the Corner and 2nd option of the Pistol play Lowry used to run with the Rockets. Only difference is the ball starts strong side and then they move it weak side minus the high post entry.
Wing passer ( high slot position) should stay at BALL-SIDE corner, forget about double screen. Need less teammates on the right side if the ballhandler is dribbling towards the right.
