    @DanReed94 Well, I'm just a beginning aquariust myself but from what I know, I don't think you'll have any trouble with maybe a school of 7-9 neons in your tank. They grow to about an inch when in adulthood. They are very tranquil and will add a lot of color to your tank. Good Luck!

    @XXGOLDENXXDRAGONXX Sand is REAL nice - better with some fish than others, in my opinion, but it is a little more difficult to clean. Be sure you wash it prior to adding it to the tank and make sure it settles before allowing the filter to run.
    Anyway, you'll see ALL the dirt and poopies in sand, and assuming youre wanting to use white sand, algae will definitely grow on it.

    What substrate are you using in that tank? All of your plants look so happy! I just switched to sand and my jungle val isn't doing as well as it is in my gravel tank. I love what you did with the rocks, btw. Beautiful tank :)

    @kmscutie132 i think thats a few to many fish for that much space and i def wouldn't put them in all at once but this is 6 months ago so i doubt this will help

    yes i am very aware of that, and if you would have read the description you would have seen that this was only temporary and have long been moved into a much larger tank. So thanks captain obvious... Press More info from now on

  • @BrownDarter
    @BrownDarter 14 років тому

    How did the fish get along in the 20 gallon?
    I know it was only temp but I ask as thinking of setting up 1 male and 2 females as only fish (Saulosi) or maybe a few yellow labs in a 30 gallon long tank (36 inches) but not sure if to small.

    @DanReed94 may some tiger barbs or neon tetras?

  • @aarondigby2164
    @aarondigby2164 10 років тому

    Did you buy those tiger barbs that big or did they grow to be that big. Please be honest because my fish keep buying and i do regular water changes and check water quality with test strips. how ever they all keep dying after a month or so. i had 5 small neon tetras 5 small tiger barbs and one bristle nose pleco and one snail.

  • @Globetrouters
    @Globetrouters 12 років тому

    So many things wrong here I don't know how to start. Not to be a hater but you have all kinds of fish from all over the world that each require specific water quality shashed into a 20 gallon tank full of plants. Well played sport!!!! I bet they are all dead?
