- SO. MUCH. FOOD! 😍🍭🌮🍦 Grand Central Market is the oldest and largest Public Market in Los Angeles and today, my sister & I are eating our way through this historical LA icon, finding some of the best LA-only food between the 40 unique stalls - some of which have been here for half a century! 💯
Since its doors opened in 1917, the market has become a mosaic of different cultures & diverse communities that have shaped LA over the years, resulting in a distinctive experience that showcases California’s best ingredients, chefs, and entrepreneurs 🥑
Playing tourists in our own backyard, today we’re not only excited to take a bite out of this city's buzzing food scene, but we also cross the street and take an incredibly quick ride on the world's shortest railway - Angel’s Flight! 🤗

The Lobster roll was the worst thing we tried at our visit definitely not quality lobster cold and dry but then again it was $25

$6.50 for 1 taco. You got a taste of the royal Mexican scam... Anywhere else you would have gotten great tacos for a third of that price with guac sauce. Lol. I guess they know their customer base. Gringos and tourists and local employees around that area that have no other place to eat at😅😅😅...also if the meat isnt being grilled rigtnbefore your eyes then the meat aint freshly grilled
Those are some of the best tacos around. Yes they are overpriced but they are great! The rent in downtown is astronomical, they need to keep up with it.
Lobster is the cockroach of the sea, it eats all the waste from other sea creatures that settles on the ocean floor...nasty!
