I'm in school on the East Coast, been meaning to get up there for quite some time! It's just that little bit of a further drive that makes me choose CT or MA boulders instead :)
2.5 to 3hrs on plastic. Used to do marathon gym sessions but I can't really get psyched for those anymore, except maybe at a brand new gym with fresh problems everywhere. Rock climbing is a different story. You can spend all day out but still do fewer moves than you would in an hour inside. I assume you were asking about indoor climbing though.
I'd like to climb with you if you have the opportunity to come to france someday. It's a pleasure to watch you solve all those problems almost everyday. Don't stop :D

김일권 Beta means the way of solving a problem, so on the same bouldering problem two different climbers can have two different betas because they climb the problem differently.
you're good man! you bring up a legitimate issue, just in an annoying way haha. but if hypothetically you and I were climbing together and you requested quiet during your attempts, I would happily oblige :)

How long does a session usually last for you guys? I know for me after an hour or two of climbing I'm ready to go home and fall asleep haha

That being said, I'm pretty sure Nikken spends entire days at the gym sometimes. Depends on the fitness and motivation of the climber I guess :)
