I recommend buying the Guarantee EX Ticket, the one that features old ex units rather than the Garp or new ex tickets. The EX Ticket guarantees 1 or more ex while the current EX Ticket can't guarantee the featured EX/ unit. Only con is if you have multiple EX units in the banner. Not guarantee a new ex and could get dupes. Yes old ex are a bit bad, but they are still EXA Units, and old units will get buffed.
Garp is not that strong he only look strongs because we dont understand his mechanics yet give him time he will be has useless has klaw (once in a while domination)
