Love my type and got one back when tier 8 premiums were 7500 gold. Was super op with its old mm then they nerfed it a bit. But later buffs made it quite viable and its still a daily driver for me.
I have the poor man's Type 59 G. I put the recent 2d camo that looks like yellow taxi.
Sure no one would notice.

THey need to start phasing out +2 mm. Imagine being in one of your favorite tanks the Cromwell and having to deal with platoons of BZ's. Power creep at tier 8 has made paying tier 7's a 6's ridiculous.
Play tier IX and X. You'll never encounter +2 mm ever again XD
@@pirig-gal I get that and I play my 9's and 10's more than most. But why should people who have a down tier favorite like the Crom or the KV-2 have to deal with this when they're just trying to relax a bit and have some fun. Also ... if I was a newb, and I was grinding my first tier 7's this game just became hell.
I play on Asian server and there is only +1mm no +2mm only on rare occasions you meet tier 10 in tier 8
And in lower tiers there is no +2mm
I feel like under t7 you can have some +2 since players are less, and 8,9,10 should be +- 1

ive had the Type 59 since the first day it came out. Always been a great tank. Great wolf pack tank!! Runs out of ammo though, if you keep that gun working lols
Game 10 years ago were decided by what teams had the most Type 59s. Now, it's by what teams have the most WZeds rocket tanks. I gave up trying to play and grind the tier 6 swedish. Why bother? Just camp, watch TV and wait to see which team's WZed's rockets win...

They will absolutely sell the good version again in some way. Most likely blyatmarket. That's how I got mine, and how many others got theirs. Just be prepared to overspend for it, I was lucky and got it very cheap, but I doubt they will let that happen again.

I remember people buying this for over 30k gold on the blyatmarket. Then a year later I got mine for 5k and a little luck. After getting the Qilin for 30m silver.

Have you noticed running out of ammo in the Type being an issue? Some of the monster games I've had in it over the years have ended up as losses because I ran out of ammo.

Is it possible that he "Gold" edition of Type 59 has a better RNG than the regular 59?...hence why it is golden?...would be interesting to play regular 59 and compare

T-54 first prototype. Old premium tank similar to the T-44. Back when it came out it was considered quite good and maybe even slightly overtuned. Nowadays, it's very very outdated.

I've never ever made 400k with a single game in WoT.. to me that sounds like a WoWS income, a decent one.
Guess WoT with all those credit boosters or what not now has the same broken credit economy.

@@shalakabooyaka1480 Plus the Type 59 (and its variant) has a higher than average credit-making coefficient. This was compensation for the nerf the tank received way back when. Since then, the tank has gotten significantly buffed, to the point that it's the strongest it's ever been - while still keeping the extra credit boost.
I have this tank, don't care for the gold color but it is an amazing vehicle!

and then you come around the corner and are staring at a BZ-176 that you have no chance of penning from front, is jet propelled and can kill you in two shots. wish there could be an old version of WoT from 5 or 6 years ago I could play, back when it was semi realistic.

Show lately I'm playing my tear 6 and they put me in my 7 & 8 I just drive to the front and get blown up don't care anymore lost interest but if I'm in a half decent battle with other tear sixes and its all sixes then I tried like hell sooner later world of tanks there matchmaker roll get the hint
Well in current meta this tank is pretty bad. But of course if you know hot to play the game you can perform good even with bad tanks.
SKIIIEEEELLLLL! I threw an experimental Mobility Improvement System with rammer and optics on the 59 and it is simply amazing with this setup
Honestly, it pisses me off that this miserable +2 MM is still there...I don't want to know how many new players have stopped playing wot because round after round they just played cannon fodder...it couldn't be more unbalanced...still very nice rounds skill 🙂
The first time I stopped playing WoT for years is when I got to about tier 5-6, and the matchmaker kept putting me against tanks 2 tiers higher than me in 90% of my games.
I saw a few other people complain about it on the WoT forums, but the forum regulars just kept saying "that's not a problem, just learn to git gud". So I realized that with fanboys like that, nothing would be done about it.
One day I just got sick of it, and after I was killed again by a tank two tiers higher than me, I just alt+F4'd and didn't even open the game for like 6 or 7 years.
